You are magnetic

You are magnetic. Yes, you are, my friend. You are attracting towards yourself whatever you believe about yourself and your 3D reality is reflecting it back to you, just like a reflection in the mirror. You are powerful and you are the creator of your reality. And this knowledge should be turned to your advantage.

Today, I’d like to talk briefly, about strengthening your faith while consciously creating your reality. And as always, if this post resonates with you, perfect. Carry on reading, use what speaks to you and leave the rest out.

So, here we go:

When you want to manifest something specific in your life, I believe, it’s important to persist, not to give up on what you desire, even though you may not be able to see it in your 3D reality just yet. By persisting you are also strengthening your faith.

I find that the most common challenge people encounter, while manifesting, is getting discouraged too early when changes are not happening in their lives straight away. Their physical reality is currently not showing any evidence of what they desire.

And here is a reason why:

The 3D reality is a collection of your past choices, mixed with the frequency you are also holding in the present moment. What is most dominant in that field of energy is reflected in your physical reality. So, if you want to create some desirable outcomes for yourself, you need to shift your perception by focusing on what you want and keep holding a space for it (persisting), even though your 3D may not be showing your desirable outcome yet. It took you a while to collect all your past beliefs, some of them quite limiting and unhelpful, so it is only understandable that it may take time to adjust your frequency to something new/better, you want to also experience in your 3D world. Does it make sense?

To manifest what you want, you need to have faith and persist, by holding the space for and a frequency of what you desire.

The way I manifest personally, is seeing myself as a magnet. A magnet that is pulling towards me all that I desire. I focus on what I want to create. I believe that it is possible for me to create it.  And I persist until I manifest it. Does it always work? Of course not. I’m also a human with emotions that influence my reality and create all sorts of outcomes for myself, some not so favourable. But, when that happens, I’m fully aware how powerful my energy is and I know I can do better. I get up and try again and again, and I persist until I manifest what I desire or something even better.

Mastering your mind and becoming a conscious creator of your reality can be a life-long process of being in the flow and out of it. But what I find, is that the people who keep going, believing in themselves and persisting are the ones that eventually create the lives their hearts truly desire. And as a bonus, it’s so much fun to be consciously co-creating with the Universe, instead of feeling that things are just happening to you.

Manifesting dreams (the creative process)

As promised last week, today, we are going to delve in the creative process of manifesting. I’ve already mentioned before, I fully believe we are the creators of our reality. And our reality is formed, most importantly, by the beliefs we hold in our minds. When we fully accept something as a belief, we begin to see the evidence of it in our 3D. Life is not happening to us, life is responding to us based on what we think, feel and believe about ourselves and the world around us.

But before we go any further, let me say this:

What I’m about to share with you is what has worked for me in the process of manifesting. If it resonates with you, perfect. Use it. If it doesn’t, but you’d like to learn more about this topic, find a teacher you resonate with it. The reason I’m saying this, is because there are so many people who teach about the Law of Attraction and Manifesting these days, and they all explain the topic in their own way, which can differ from mine. And the truth is, not all of us will resonate with one’s personal perspective and presentation of any topic. Everyone filters their version of any teaching through their consciousness, based on their understanding and their experience. You may resonate with someone’s presentation more and less with others, even when they may be talking about the same thing. Go with what speaks to you the most.

So now that’s out of the way, let’s carry on. 

When you want to create something, you may see it as something in the future and not something that is already here and you can easily tap into. And there is nothing wrong with that. We have all been trained to perceive life, in general, from this three-dimensional perspective, where time plays a huge role and where we think of past, present and future.

But, how about looking at our existence from a wider perspective. How about other timelines and some other-dimensional versions of ourselves? I know this can be a hard concept to grasp, so more on that another time. But for now, I’d like you to imagine a version of yourself that already has what you desire. Can you do that? If so, perfect!

Now, the good news is, when you think about what you want, you’ve subconsciously already tapped into the version of yourself that has what you desire, just by imagining it. This also means that on some level, it already exists. All you need to do now is bring it from your imagination, into this timeline, to this physical reality.

What you need to do next, is raise your vibration high enough to be able to match the frequency of the imagined version of yourself, so the experience of that version can also materialise in your physical reality. How do you raise your vibration? By fully believing that what you want is POSSIBLE FOR YOU. But this is normally the hardest thing for people to do.

Therefore, I believe, the number one thing in the process of manifesting is to increase your self-worth.

Increase your self-worth

You need to believe that you are worthy of what you desire. You need to believe that you are more than good enough to receive what you desire. You need to increase your self-worth to fully believe that you can absolutely receive what you desire. When I started on this journey, I used self-hypnosis, guided meditations and positive affirmations on a daily basis. They not only helped me to increase my self-worth, but also helped me gain more confidence, increase my self-love and self-belief. I’ve done and still doing all this work on myself, because I know I deserve the best. And you deserve the best too.

Visualise what you want to see in your life

Visualisation is a wonderful tool to use when manifesting. Before you begin, have a clear image of the version of yourself that already has what you desire. Once you have it, make yourself comfortable, close your eyes for a few moments and see this image. See this image right in front of you, as clearly as possible. In your mind’s eye, take a step forward and step into this image. Feel what it would feel like being this version of yourself. Experience it by applying all your senses to this vision and feel the feelings of already feeling what it’s going to feel like when it’s all here. Stay with this vision for a few minutes every day. It can help you bring what your desire into your life.

Stay focused, stay persistent

When you are reprogramming your mind and drifting away from the old ways of thinking, there may be challenges along the way. You may find that some days you will be manifesting things easily, other times there may be bumps on the road. One day you may be very focused and you will fully believe that your desire is on the way to you, other times you may think none of this works. Stay focused and persistent with your visualisations, positive affirmations and daily reminders that your desire is on the way to you. Reaffirm what you want, so you can create a favourable outcome for you. Become a conscious creator of your reality.

Dwell in the energy of certainty and trust

Trust and know that you are worthy of what you desire. This is not deluding yourself, but believing you are worthy of it. Trusting and knowing is increasing the confidence in yourself and the universe to create what you truly want, because you are worthy of your desires. Focus on the end result by ignoring your 3D reality (even though nothing may be changing or shifting yet) and dwell in the energy of certainty and trust. Please remember things may already be re-arranging behind the scenes and it may take a while before they become visible in your physical reality. Dwell in the energy of certainty and trust.

Law of Attraction & Manifesting

Last week, I had a video chat with my dear friend Paul about the Law of Attraction and manifesting. Paul and I have been friends for over a decade. We did our pilot training together, and while at the flying school, we’ve also discovered that beside our love for flying and aeroplanes, we have many other things in common. We like exploring the laws of this universe, the supernatural and we also love meditation. Ever since then, we have become great friends.

Amongst all of the above, we are both very interested in the Law of Attraction and manifesting. If you don’t know what Law of Attraction and manifesting is, simply put, is the ability to attract into our lives whatever we give our energy and our focus on. Our thoughts, but most importantly the emotions we put underneath these thoughts, are very powerful and create our reality.

What we focus on, always expands and this is what Paul and I, have talked about during our conversation last week.

I consider Paul quite a good ‘manifester’, and over the years, I’ve witnessed so many amazing manifestations he brought into his life by using the Law of Attraction.

Become a conscious creator of your reality

In the last few months, I’ve been really paying attention to my thoughts and emotions. I always believed in the law of attraction, but ever since I began fully focusing on what is going on in my mind, I realised how I’m actually creating my reality. I strongly believe that our outside world is a mirror of our inner world. Whatever thoughts we are thinking and the feelings we put underneath these thoughts is what we will see in our lives (or something on a similar frequency). We are the masters of our reality and we have the power to make it the way we want, just by what we we give our energy to. What we focus on always expands.

Learning about manifesting and the law of attraction from so many amazing spiritual teachers and coaches also helped me to come one simple realisation: When we want to create something specific, we need to simply INTEND IT and then fully BELIEVE IN IT. We have to be clear exactly what we want and believe within the whole level of our being, that it is possible for us. Then, of course, we have to take some necessary steps to bring it into our reality.

We are the masters of our lives and we make the rules even though it may not seem like that all the time. But really, we are. ‘Life is not happening to you, life is responding to you’, like Rhonda Byrne says. We are choosing our thoughts, which are creating our beliefs, and these beliefs create our perception of the world we see.

How to get into the right alignment to start manifesting the life you truly want

This week, I would like to share with you some of my favourite ways to get into alignment with the powerful energies of the Universe and start manifesting the life you truly want. I believe those of you who are into manifesting can really understand that being on a positive frequency is the number one key how you can successfully call in what you desire. It’s about feeling good. Once you feel good, manifesting becomes easy and fun because you realise the strength of your being. You are the creator of your own reality.

But how about when we are not feeling so good, when we are feeling upset, angry and out of alignment? How do you shift your vibration from these low frequencies? How do you change already a bad day to a good one?

Lately, I’ve been noticing how I easily get triggered by other people. From careless drives on the roads to random strangers walking on a high street unintentionally trying to irritate me by being uncoordinated and always in my way. I’ve noticed how low my energy gets when these situations strike. I’ve realised how this sometimes affects even my entire day.

So, after feeling quite edgy in the last couple of months due to several reasons, I’ve decided to approach these occurrences differently. I’ve stopped giving them too much attention and my precious energy. I try not to dwell on the unimportant too much. After all, it has consequences and if I can avoid them I will. I don’t want to feel down, uneasy and angry with the world.

I believe we can all start shifting our vibrational frequency and start manifesting our dream life instead of being a victim of it, just by making some small adjustments. Listed below are some of my suggestions:

A) The talk

Some people may say that positive self-talk is a cliché, but I don’t. It changes my mood almost instantly. It may not work for everyone, but in my case works like magic. It is often by repetition, we can get into better alignment with some positive energies and this will lead to more positive experiences. Talk yourself out of the bad mood.

B) Movement

To keep the vibes high, I highly recommend moving your body. Walking in nature, doing yoga, going to the gym…whatever works for you. I know going to the gym isn’t for everyone, myself included, but any form of physical activity can do the trick. Know yourself and most importantly move your body every day in some way.

C) Inspiration + Fun

I try to read something inspiring every single day (especially when I feel down), even if it’s just a couple of sentences. This is not to delude, as some people may say, but it is to inspire myself. I care deeply about my wellbeing and I know myself enough and what works for me. Another suggestion could be listening to an inspiring podcast or watching a funny video that can bring you right up from the self-pity or upset to a good mood.

D) De-cluttering

What can you let go of? Is it throwing something out, donating it to a charity, or letting go of an old habit? Think about it and make a decision to discard whatever is no longer serving you or holding you back today.

E) Music

Music is an amazing healer. When I want to raise my vibrational frequency and get into alignment with the positive energies, I put on the headphones and listen to the music that brings joy to my soul. My personal favourites are Alex Adair- Make me feel better and Matt Simons- Catch & Release.

Co-creating with the Universe

Lately, I am being asked lots of questions about manifesting and co-creating with the Universe, so I thought I would take this opportunity to give you my outlook on it. First of all, I want to say, I’m not a law of attraction teacher, and there are so many people in the spiritual communities who are specifically focused on these teachings. However, over the years, I’ve gained some knowledge and understanding about manifesting and co-creating with the Universe and I love to share what I know.

These days, I’ve been consciously manifesting certain things into my life and they are definitely coming into fruition. I can say quite confidently that conscious creating and manifesting works. Manifesting isn’t dreaming, even though it may seem like. Manifesting is co-creating with the Universe and yes, it begins with a dream.

1) Make a decision

Decide what you want to create in your life. Have absolute clarity what you want. By deciding, you are taking the first step towards bringing your dream into a physical reality.

2) Act as if

Act as if what you want is already in your life. Feel it! Feel it within the whole level of your being. Feel how you want to feel once your dream is already manifested, already here. How would you walk? How would you talk? What would you be telling to other people? How does it make you feel? Feel those feelings now. Be very specific about this.

3) Believe in yourself

Believe in yourself and believe in your dream. Who’s going to believe in you, if you don’t believe in yourself? This is a very important step in a manifestation process. You have to believe in yourself fully. Don’t doubt yourself for a second.

4) Take action

Action should be taken on a daily basis when you’re co-creating with the Universe and you’re in the process of manifesting something. What can you do today to bring your dream closer to you? Even if it’s only reading one page of the book of your chosen subject. Do it. Forward is forward. Drop the excuses and take daily action.

5) Let it go

This is for many the hardest step. I completely understand that. I too have sometimes difficulty letting go of some desires. By letting go, I don’t mean dropping it. By letting go I mean releasing it to the care of the Universe. Letting go allows the magical forces of the Universe start moving things around in your favour. Let go of how and when it will manifest. And this leads me to the last step…

6) Trust and Know

Trusting and knowing is about relaxing and about having faith. Have faith that your dream will come true and don’t detour into a fearful way of thinking of how and when it will appear in the physical plane. Every time your desire comes to your mind, just smile and expect to receive it. Simply trust and know that it’s on its way to you and it will show up when the time is right.

Some final points:

Focus on what you want

What you focus on always expands. When you are focused on the lack, you create more lack in your life. When you are focused on the positive, you are going to see more positive things coming into your life. Life is pretty simple, it’s just us humans who make it unnecessary complicated, because this is what we’ve been taught to do.

An easy way to shift your energy from a ‘low to a high vibe’

Be grateful for all the wonderful things that already are in your life. Gratitude turns what we have into enough, and raises our frequency. This way we shift our perception. While manifesting, you need to feel good and you need to keep your vibration high. Ask yourself: What am I grateful for today? Take a pen and paper and write it all down. Then, read it out loud and feel the feelings of appreciation of having all these wonderful things in your life.

No attachment

This is how things manifest. I know your dream is important to you. I know you want to see it in your life now, but to be able to do that, you must let it go. Hold no attachment,  just trust, know and release it to the care of the Universe and it will magnetise in your reality.

So, what do you want to create in your life?

Remember: What you desire is already here, the only reason you can’t see it, is that you are not vibrating on a similar frequency with it (that is an explanation from a soul-perspective). Use the above steps and start creating the life that you desire and you deserve.
