Wishing you a Happy Holiday Season
Do you worry what other people think of you?
One of the best things I’ve ever decided to give up is the worry what other people think of me. This can be a many-year process (and I’m still in it), but when you begin you will start feeling lighter and more at peace. We give other people so much space in our minds, a space that we could easily use for ourselves, our creativity, our dreams and something way more meaningful. Over the years, I’ve realised that the most important thing is to know who I am, and the way other people perceive me has nothing to do with me. Instead, it has everything to do with them and with the way they perceive the world.
Do you worry, what other people think of you?
If you are a natural worrier, like me, take a deep breath. The natural worrying is also a result of your early conditioning. The good news is, you can make a decision today to start looking at it from a different perspective. I’m not going to tell you to just stop worrying what others think of you. This doesn’t happen overnight and it can be a long process.
What I’m going to suggest, however, is to ask yourself these few questions: ‘Does it really matter what this person thinks of me? Why do I care so much about this person’s opinion? Is he/she someone very important in my life? Is their opinion going to benefit me in some way (although it might if they give you some useful, developmental feedback)?
The next thing I’m going to suggest is practising self-love and respect. When we have love and respect towards ourselves, we know who we are and the other people’s opinions don’t matter as such. There are so many resources on the internet these days where you can find so much about self-love, healing and self-respect. Take some time to do your research and give yourself all the love and respect you deserve.
And here is the fact:
Not everyone is going to like you. And you know what? That’s okay. You shouldn’t even try to accomplish that. I used to be a people pleaser and it was such a waste of energy. Live your own life, focus on what matters to you and invest your precious time to people who really love you and care about you, not to the ones you how to prove your worth to.
Let go of control
Last week, my boyfriend and I were visiting my family in Slovakia. During our visit, we happened to play a lot of table tennis. I didn’t know much about table tennis before and only tried to play it a couple of times before. This time, I’ve decided to learn more about the game.
At first, I felt under pressure and a bit intimidated every time I played. But after a few days, I discovered something that astounded me. The more I played, the more relaxed I became, whether I won or lost. I don’t remember the last time I felt this calm while playing a game. Ever since I can remember, I’ve always been quite competitive in any sport or game. I’ve realised that being calm and not having a controlling attitude, allowed me to fully enjoy the game and also do well in it.
Bring more peace & harmony into your life by one simple meditation a day
Meditation is a beautiful practice that has changed my life in so many amazing ways. This is the reason I often talk about it and promote it wherever I go.
Many people say that they don’t have time for meditation or they simply don’t know how to meditate. In my opinion, we should stop thinking too much about it, drop the excuses and just give it a go. The most beautiful thing about meditation is that it can start with one simple, conscious breath.
What meditation is, it is simply being fully focused on the present moment, which is the only place where the true life exists. Past is not here anymore and there is nothing which can be changed about it. Only your approach towards the past can be changed. And the future? Your future is always being shaped by the choice you are making in the present moment. So where does your power lie? Right here, right now.
So would you like to bring more peace and harmony into your life you’ve been longing for quite a while now? I believe I can help.
Begin slowly and gently
Find a comfortable place where you are not going to be disturbed for at least 5 minutes. That’s right, just five minutes. That’s all that you need. You can sit down or you can even lie down. Listen to your body. Gently close your eyes to avoid any visual distraction. When you feel settled, start taking deep, slow breaths. Inhale and exhale at your own pace. You can also inhale through your nose and exhale out through your mouth if this is comfortable for you.
Now, let’s add some visualisation to your meditation
On your next inhalation, visualise, you are breathing in pure white light. This light represents all the positive energy and the goodness this Universe has to offer. When you exhale, visualise you are breathing out everything that is no longer serving you. This can include any worries, any fears and anything you are willing and ready to let go of. Now, visualise these as ‘clouds of darkness’ travelling far, far away to the distance. Trust and know in your heart that they won’t return back to you. Repeat this cycle of breathing with the visualisation for at least 3-5 rounds.
Coming out of your meditation
Continue to breathe slowly and deeply at your own pace. When you are ready, slowly become aware of your body, of your surrounding, you can stretch a bit if you like, and in your own time open your eyes.
What’s next…
So, this is a simple meditation for beginners, you can practice almost anywhere if you only find about 5 minutes or so. I believe anyone can invest just 5 minutes of their 24 hour day. With regular practice, you can begin to experience many incredible benefits that can serve your mind, body and soul on a deeper level.

The powerful elements of nature
THE FIRE ELEMENT: purification and transformation
Fire is a very powerful element. One of the easiest ways to experience this element is to tune into the sunlight. Get out to nature and allow the beautiful rays of sunlight to gently caress your face. I love sunrises and sunsets. Try to wake up before the sunrise when possible and experience the beauty and the healing powers of a rising sun. The same applies to sunsets.
Another great ritual I use almost on a daily basis is to light a candle. I’ve learnt from one of my beautiful teachers this ritual: When you light a candle, you immediately clear the space where you are in. Any negative or heavy energies will start slowly start dissolving and fading away. I do this before every meditation class I teach ~I light candles. I also burn (aka smudge) Sage and Palo Santo (Holy Wood), to cleanse the space and my energy field from any negative energies floating around. Incense sticks are also very popular. Fire purifies and transforms! Caution: When you work with the element of fire, always make sure there is nothing flammable around and when you finish, extinguish everything properly.
To deepen your connection with this element, use this affirmation: “I am letting go and dissolving anything which is no longer serving me!”
THE WATER ELEMENT: love, purity and flow of life
Do you feel emotionally drained? Do you feel exhausted just by getting off the phone with a friend who always complains? If so, you might be in a need of a Spiritual shower. What do I mean by this? An actual shower, but adding a spiritual visualisation to it. When you have a shower, visualise the element of water washing away any negative energies, worries and fears from your energy field/ your aura. As the water is running down your body, it is clearing and purifying your entire being. This water goes down the drain and all these unwanted energies are leaving with it.
Another powerful ritual which involves the water element is to go to nature and watch the rivers flow. This also has a wonderful purifying effect and brings clarity to your mind. Breathe deeply and just relax. The last but not least example is the power of the Rain. Rain does not only clear the air, but the Earth also experiences lots cleansing and healing which is beneficial to us all. Visualise this cleansing taking place every time it rains.
To deepen your connection to the water element use this affirmation: “Life is unfolding as it supposed to.”
THE AIR ELEMENT: intuition and learning
The element of air can move away anything we want to let go of. I have an exercise I practice in the morning (of course, if I’m not somewhere around the world in an air conditioned hotel room where I can’t open the windows). When I’m at home, I open my bedroom window and breathe deeply. I take a few cleansing breaths in through my nose and out through my mouth. I visualise they are clearing and purifying my mind, body and spirit. I immediately feel more awake and energised. My auric field also gets purified and cleansed.
The final ritual I’m going to share with you includes the power of the Wind. On a windy day, I sometimes get outside for a few minutes and open my arms very wide. I let the element of air to blow away any negative energies, worries and fears I may be carrying in my energy field.
An affirmation to deepen the connection with the air element I often use is this: “With every deep, cleansing breath I take, I feel more energised and empowered!”
A thought to keep: “Air moves us, Fire transforms us, Water shapes us, Earth heals us.”
It’s not selfish, it’s self-love
Loving yourself is one of the best gifts you can give to yourself. It’s not selfish, it’s not vanity. I am taking about healthy respect towards yourself. You are the most important person in your life and you are always going to be. When you are happy, healthy and fulfilled then you can give to others.
How many times have you found yourself rushing around, doing things for other people, saying yes when you meant no just to look good in the eyes of others? We have all been there. I am not saying not help someone when they need your help or support. I am talking about the moments when your intuition is telling you no, but you are still going to do something just to please somebody. Remember saying no can also be a loving response when you really mean no and not going against your will. The other thing to remember is that you are investing the precious hours of your life to something you are not so keen to do. Keep in mind: The best gift you can ever give to someone is your time, because you are giving them something you’ll never get back!
Ask yourself these important questions: Who do you spend your time with? How do you spend your time? Does your job make you happy? Do you do certain things because you believe you have to do them? Do you worry a lot? Get honest with yourself and really answers those questions as truthfully as possible. Do you love yourself enough to admit that maybe you have been neglecting yourself up to this point? Worries, fears, going to jobs we don’t like, staying in unhealthy relationships, pleasing other people on our account. These are just a few examples of negative habits which should be replaced with self-love. I have a few tips for you which can lead you closer to loving yourself a bit more today.
1. TAKE YOURSELF ON A DATE
That’s right! Take yourself on a date. This may sound funny, but it is actually an act of self-love. Take yourself for a lunch and order your favourite meal. Go to the cinema. Go for a shopping and buy yourself something lovely. Do whatever feels good! I love visiting my local airfield, sit in the cafe and watch little aeroplanes departing and landing on a nice, sunny day. This always brings me so much joy and there is nothing else I need at that moment. No stress, no worries, just pure self-love and happiness. Learn to enjoy your own company and “take yourself on a date” do it at least once a month, you deserve it!
2. WRITE YOURSELF A LOVE LETTER
Take a pen and paper and make sure you are not going to be disturbed for about 10-15 minutes (maybe longer). Start listing all the things you love about yourself. List anything you can think of. For example: I’m a talented painter, I’m a great parent, I make the best chocolate cake, I’m a good dancer and so on… I can assure you there are plenty of great things about you…you might have just have been dismissing them or simply forgot to appreciate yourself more. The purpose of this exercise is to shift your energy to self-love and appreciation. This way you will start reaching for some higher frequencies, you’ll start feeling better about yourself and you’ll love yourself more.
3. AND ALL THE OTHER “LITTLE” THINGS
Life is too short to be only doing things you feel you have to do. Have some fun and do what “really” makes you happy! Listen to your favourite music, pack your bags and take the weekend off, go camping, take that class you always wanted to take, cook yourself a healthy meal, make yourself a cup of tea and read a good book, go to nature, meditate, surround yourself with positive like-minded people, take a flying lesson (and I can talk a lot about that), never give up on your dreams (give up all the excuses and limiting beliefs- age, status and all the other lies…). You are good enough and you can do anything. This is your life and only you choose what you want to do with it!
So these are just few tips you can apply to your life if they resonate with you. Also make your own. Remember to love yourself first, then everything else follows. I will leave you with a beautiful quote from Buddha which speak for itself: “YOU, YOURSELF AS MUCH AS ANYBODY IN THE ENTIRE UNIVERSE, DESERVE YOUR LOVE AND AFFECTION!” ~Buddha
You are doing the best you can
We all make mistakes, yet we are all learning. We are all on a journey of discovery and constantly evolving as human and also spiritual beings. Do you get days when go to bed at night and it is almost impossible to switch off? You suddenly can’t stop thinking about what has happened during the day and if something didn’t go as planned, you may be wondering what it would be like if things turned out differently. You start creating an alternative scenarios in your mind and go over them again and again stressing yourself out even more. Now you start worrying you are not going to be able to sleep at all, and wondering how are you going to function at work in the morning. Does this sound like you? If the answers is yes, know that you are not alone. We all get bad days, bad seasons, sleepless nights, regret things we have said or done and we wish we would get another chance and change them. Unfortunately, it doesn’t work like this in this Universe. Being hard on ourselves and paying for the same mistakes twice (in most cases even more than that) is so unnecessary. Remember, you are always doing the best you can with the knowledge and understanding you have at the time. Let’s take a healthier approach and see what we can do when some of the above occurs.
FORGIVE YOURSELF
When you have done something you may consider as wrong or something has happened in your life and you wish it turned out differently and you still worry about it, give yourself a break. Be gentle with yourself and forgive yourself. Forgiveness is the best gift you can give to yourself. When something like this happens to me, I say to myself: “I forgive myself for my past mistakes, I learned from them!” This liberating statement can be life-transforming. Trust me and try it for yourself. Repeat it as often as possible. Whenever an unpleasant thought reaches your mind, forgive yourself. You are a human being and you are allowed to make mistakes. You are always learning, always growing and even if your journey seems more difficult at the moment, remember it is all happening for your highest good. Don’t give up, trust and know that all is well and life is unfolding as it supposed to. Forgive yourself!
BE STILL
Daily moments of stillness and meditation allow us to perceive this entire world from a higher perspective. When we live this way, the whole life seems brighter, our problems get lighter and we start seeing opportunities instead of obstacles. How do you get still? Breathe! Inhale slowly and deeply through your nose and exhale through your mouth. When you breathe in, visualise you are breathing in a pure white light which represents all the positive energy of this Universe. When you breathe out, visualise you are breathing out all the negative energies, all the worries, all the fears and anything which is not serving you well. Repeat this cycle of breathing for about 5 minutes and see how you feel.
FOCUS ON WHAT LIGHTS YOU UP
What do you like doing? What makes you smile? What fills your life with joy? Go and do that right now. Get your energy as high as possible and start shifting your perspective. There si so much to be excited about in this life if we really open our eyes and look. This whole life is one great, exciting adventure. Try to enjoy this trip a little more and focus on what lights you up!
We all make mistakes, we all get worried, tired, feeling we want to give up occasionally. And I admit, I feel like this as well sometimes. This is the reason whey I have decided to choose this topic today and write about it. But know this, every day is an opportunity to make a new choice and start again. Maya Angelou said: “Do the best you can until you know better. Then when you know better, do better!” Powerful words! So stop being so hard on yourself and have some fun!
The power of positive affirmations
While making positive changes in your life, it’s very important to keep your energy and vibrations as high as possible. One of the tools I always recommend to my friends and clients are positive affirmations. Affirmations are positive statements which you can repeat throughout the day either silently or aloud. They can help you to start reaching for a higher frequencies and make a positive changes within yourself. If they are repeated on a daily basis, they can really make a shift in your life and bring many positive changes and experience into your life.
I have been introduced to positive affirmations years ago by a beautiful, transformational teacher Louise Hay. When I first read her book “You can heal your life”, it made a big shift in my life and I became very aware of my day to day language (the words I was speaking and the thoughts I was thinking). We often don’t realise that our thinking has a very big impact on our outer reality. When you think a thought and you put a feeling underneath that thought…this creates a vibration. This vibration affects this entire Universe, believe it or not. Like Louise says in her book- “Every thought you think and every word you speak is creating your future!” From my own experience…I can only agree!Using daily positive affirmations can shift your perception, and your life can start to change in an instant. But you really have to do the work. It doesn’t happen overnight, although it may…I do believe in miracles!
They are a few very important points you need to know before you start using positive affirmations. First and foremost they have to be- Positive, Personal and in a Present tense. I call it 3P’s! Let me give you an example! Affirmation- “I am healthy and I am happy now!” It is positive, it is personal- because it applies to your life, and it is in the present tense- because you are affirming that it is happening right now. Be aware of using affirmations in the future tense, something like- “One day I will be abundant!” That’s a future statement, which may never happen, and this way you are only delaying the abundance to flow into your life now. A better way of saying it would be- “I am abundant in all areas of my life!” By repeating this kind of affirmation, you are actually saying YES to the Universe and the abundance can now flow into your life. But here is a very important part: If you want your affirmations to really work, you have to “Feel it!” You have to feel healthy now, you have to feel abundant now, you have to feel successful now, you have to feel beautiful now. Feel those feelings which you want to experience NOW! This is one of the major keys to bring what you desire into your life. I have listed some of my favourite affirmations below, which you are more than welcome to use or you can create your own. Get creative and write them down on a piece of paper. Place them on your wall, put them as a reminders on your phone where you can see them every day and repeat them hundreds and hundreds of times as you go on with your day. Every time a negative thought crosses your mind, substitute it with a positive affirmation and notice the miraculous shifts appearing. At the beginning it may feel like a lie, but after some time it will become more natural for you. This way you will form a new habit, which will stick to your subconscious mind and this is a great new habit to create. Have fun with this process and enjoy the new positive changes taking place.

Higher power and positive energy
I often talk about frequencies, the power of our thoughts, feelings and how we are responsible for what we see in our lives. Your life is a mirror of your inner state. It is reflecting back to you what you believe and what you have planted deeply into your subconscious mind. When you think a thought, whether positive or a negative, it sends out a vibration out into the Universe. Now, you are “vibrating” on a certain frequency and the whole Universe is actually affected by this.
Many of us don’t realise, our thoughts and emotions affect the whole world around us. We think, we are just too insignificant to make a difference, but this is far away from the real true. Why am I saying this? Because, I want you to find out what you really came here to do and to start sharing those gifts with the world. It is your responsibility to find out what it is, and that way to fulfil your mission in this lifetime. By doing so, you will automatically raise your “vibration” which will affect this entire creation.
I think as humanity, we were asleep for a very long time, and now is the right time to finally wake up and realise how powerful we are. We are powerful beyond measure. We need to rise up and find out the answers for ourselves and stop believing everything that we see on the television, we read in a paper etc. The human Soul is a pure, beautiful beacon of light which can lights up this Planet, the entire Universe, when we start following it’s voice.
Where there is love, light, peace and happiness, the darkness cannot stay present for too long. The darkness can no longer be fed by our energy, because we “vibrate” higher.
There are few very simple suggestions I am going to present here, which we can do on a daily basis (or as often as possible) to start “vibrating higher” and start healing this world.
1.THINK POSITIVELY
As mentioned above, behind every thought there is a vibration which effects the entire Universe. Choose your thoughts wisely.
2. DON’T WATCH OR READ THE NEGATIVE NEWS OR AT LEAST REDUCE IT
Many of you will say, I need to be informed of what’s going on in the world? Okay, but listen, this will only lower your frequency, you’ll feel weaker and not as positive, even when the sun is shining outside today. Instead of that, you can invest your precious time and energy to do something more productive, and to do something which makes you happy.
3. NATURE IS A GREAT HEALER
Go to the woods and connect with nature today. Experience the benefits of grounding yourself and absorbing the goodness and the fresh, vital energy of our ”mother”. It’s priceless.
4. MEDITATE
By meditating, you are automatically raising your “vibes higher.” In stillness you can reach for some very high frequencies and slowly, but for sure realise the real truth of who you really are. You’ll feel at peace, centered, confident and ready to go forward in whatever is that you desire.
5. HEALTHY LIFESTYLE (healthy eating, lots of water and exercise)
Whatever this means for you…do that. If you are unsure, do some research. These days there are so many Health coaches, Nutritionists, Yoga instructors, Fitness instructors, who will be able to advise you. Get healthy and energised.
6. DE-CLUTTER YOUR LIFE
Take an inventory of your life, get rid of the old and bring in the fresh and new. It can be from cleaning up your draws, to selling or donating some old stuff. The important thing is to make space, so you can breathe easily in your home environment, your office etc. It’s essential.
7. DO WHAT MAKES YOU HAPPY AND ACT ON YOUR IDEAS
Ask yourself- “What makes you excited and happy?” Every idea you get, comes to you from the ”Divine” and you should act on it and never take it for granted. You are more than capable to do anything, so realise that right now and start. If you get stuck, have faith in the “higher source” to guide you, the next step will be revealed to you at the right time, even if the journey seems difficult right now. Go slowly, but move forward daily. It’s important not to ignore the call from the ”Divine”.
8. BE “THE LIGHT”
Don’t argue, don’t manipulate, don’t do what you don’t want others to do to you. Just a quick example from my own life….A few days ago, I had a discussion with some people about the topics I believe in. Most of those people I had the dinner with wanted to know what I do and were interested to find out more. It was so exciting for me to share some powerful spiritual, metaphysical examples with them and I was amazed, how many of those topics resonated with those people. Well, accept one person. After a few minutes of me sharing my insights with lots of excitement, this person, who’s energy was already showing how sceptic he was, really started verbally attacking me, raising his voice at me and telling me front of everybody, what I am saying has no logic at all and any scientist or physicist would laugh at me. At that point, all I wanted to do, was to start crying and leave. Everybody was very shocked, because nobody expected it. Luckily, my Spirit (my Soul) supported me, held me there and let me be the “THE LIGHT”….. I listened to this person, feeling so much compassion and understanding towards him and realised, that he is not ready to discuss these kind of topics, there is nobody to judge or no reason to hit back. I immediately felt empowered, because I didn’t let the darkness overtake the conversation and bring me down in the end. We’ve changed the subject and the energy shifted immediately. I was so grateful for the experience. All I say, be “THE LIGHT”, even in the midst of those challenging situations.
So, I hope those few suggestions will help you start “vibrating higher” and raise the frequency of our Planet Earth, and that way start healing the entire Universe.

Sacred Place Meditation
Dear friends,
I am so excited to share with you a new meditation from my album “MEDITATIONS FOR HIGHER LIVING”, which is coming out this year. I’ve decided to upload it to YouTube, so many of you who like to meditate, can benefit from it straight away. I named it “SACRED PLACE!” The link is bellow.
“SACRED PLACE” is actually a place, which I created in my mind few year ago and I often visit it, when I want to get centered, need more peace and when I feel, I need to gain more clarity in my life. Every time I visit this beautiful place, I feel calmer, more confident, happier and have a much clearer outlook on life.
