Self-trust

Today, I’d like to share with you a short recording I created about self-trust. In this recording I talk about how I personally started building self-trust within myself, and I also share some tips that can perhaps inspire you to start building self-trust within yourself too.

For a long time I didn’t trust myself and questioned most of the things I was doing. I was often looking for reassurance, approval and acceptance from others. All of this ‘not-trusting’ myself came from an early age. My childhood was colourful and beautiful, but at the same time, it was filled with constant worry about what others thought of me, how they perceived me and questioning whether I was good enough or not. I’m not going to talk about these experiences today, because I’ve shared some of them with you before. However, what I’m going to share with you (in this recording) is how I learned to trust myself, my decisions and believe in the work I do, with the hope that you’ll get inspired to start trusting yourself too.

I hope you’ll find these tips helpful and, as always, if you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact me.

You can check out the recording at the link below.

With best wishes,

Persistence & Manifesting

Today’s post is another one of the Law of Attraction pieces, which I absolutely love talking about. As I’ve mentioned in the previous posts, the more I’m consciously co-creating with the Universe, the more I’m becoming aware of how powerful I truly am. And the truth is, we all are.

Today, I’d like to talk a little more about persistence when it comes to manifesting. I know that this is one of the difficulties most people encounter in the process of manifesting. When we don’t see the results straight away, or soon enough, we begin to doubt ourselves and our manifesting abilities. Then, we can easily fall back into the old patterns, which created all the past not so favourable outcomes for ourselves, and the door to the new possibilities shuts before it even shows us all the magic that exists within us, around us and beyond.

So, let’s talk about persistence.

Persisting, is basically trusting and knowing that no matter what, your desire is on its way to you. Your desire is coming your way, as everything is currently re-arranging behind the scenes, so it could also manifest in your physical reality.

But how do you do this? How do you stay persistent when your 3D is currently not showing you, that, what you’d like to see. How do you keep the faith that your desire is on the way to you?

One of the things that really helps me, personally, is holding the vision of my desire and claiming it fully. I have a full trust and faith that I am worthy of what I want, and nothing can stop me from having it. If things get hard or seem to be going against me, I still persist, regardless of what’s happening in my 3D.

I hold the vision of my desire, I trust the process.

This is how I manifested some wonderful things in my own life. Does it always work? No. I’m still a human and, I too, get out of alignment more than you may think. At the same time, I’ve learned to remind myself, I am more than capable of manifesting my dreams, and also that all of it it’s up to me.

What also helps me, is studying the work of Neville Goddard. The more I study Neville’s work, the more I understand how the law actually works. Not only the law of attraction, but also the law of assumption.

Neville told us:

‘Your assumption, to be effective, cannot be a single isolated act, it must be a maintained attitude of the wish fulfilled.’

These words re-emphasise what true persistence means. Assuming that what we want is on the way to us and not letting the 3D, which is only a collection of our past and present choices, confuse us. That is the key to a successful manifesting.

Keep going, keep believing and never ever give up. You fully deserve what you desire!

What are you grateful for?

Last week, over a video call, my little niece recited a beautiful poem for me she learned at the nursery. Watching her putting the rhymes together with a happy and a shy expression on her face made my day. It was priceless and made me think how precious and important these everyday moments truly are. These are the moments I’m very grateful for and treasure so much.

Expressing gratitude for the little things in life makes life more colourful and meaningful. Watching a beautiful sunrise or a sunset, waking up to a peaceful song of a little blackbird outside your window, admiring a meadow full of daisies, appreciating a lovely meal your spouse cooked for you or receiving a sweet text from a caring friend…all of these everyday things are the ones that matter the most.

Having a grateful heart for the little things in our lives truly turns everything else into enough. They are the most precious things that bring smiles to our faces and peace to our souls.

So here is a question for you: What are you grateful for today?

Start noticing and really pay attention to all that you appreciate in your life.

I will leave you today with this beautiful quote:

‘Gratitude helps you to grow and expand; gratitude brings joy and laughter into your life and into the lives of all those around you.’ – Eileen Caddy

Nature Appreciation

In today’s post, I’d like to express my love and appreciation to nature. Every time I’m out in nature, I feel more at peace with myself and everything around me. Nature always helps me connect with the true essence of who I really am- with my soul. Nature truly is very healing and rejuvenating.

Nature also allows us to deeply connect with the present moment, which is the only place where true life exists. This is what most of us really need, as our minds are often wandering from one place to another. What I also love about the present moment, is that when you are fully present you don’t have time to worry about the past or the future. You are fully aligned and rooted in the right here-right now, and that itself, brings with it so much strength and empowerment. This is one of the reasons I love meditating in nature too. Listening to the birds chirping, rivers flowing, feeling the breeze on my face, warm rays of sunlight caressing my face while breathing the clean air feels very calming and nurturing, and always connects me to the NOW.

Nature is wonderful for our mind, body and soul. It can help us release that which is no longer serving us, such as any worries and fears. I personally find this to be so profound, because when I go to nature with a busy mind, I often come home feeling lighter, having more clarity and feeling more relaxed.

Nature is not only healing, but it also shows us many signs and synchronicities, of course, if we are open to them. I leave this thought open for you to ask yourself what it means to you personally.

I’d like to end this post with these few words of appreciation:

I appreciate you, beautiful nature.
I appreciate your beauty and your incredible energy.
I appreciate the serenity and the tranquility you offer.
I appreciate that you are reminding us to be present in the moment.
I appreciate you for bringing calm to our minds and peace to our souls.
I appreciate your magnificence.
I appreciate you for being an example of how life is supposed to flow.
I appreciate you, beautiful nature, for being part of our human experience.

Confidence- a key to successful manifesting

Lately, I feel very drawn to write about the law of attraction and manifesting. One of the reasons for this, is because these days, I, myself, am very focused on consciously creating my reality and manifesting things I’d like to see in my life. I fully believe that my thoughts and emotions have a lot to do with what I’m experiencing on this physical plane, therefore I’m willing to put in some work and effort to be as positive and optimistic as possible. I’m aware that when I feel good and radiate positivity, this is also reflected in my outer reality too. On the contrary, when I feel low or negative, I sometimes manifest no-so-favourable outcomes for myself.

Today, I’d like to talk about confidence, because I believe having confidence is an important key to a successful manifesting. This includes having confidence in yourself, having confidence in your dreams and having confidence in the power of this Universe. Having confidence truly is a superpower. Once you believe in yourself, magic starts to happen.

I hope what I’m about to share with you will inspire you and hopefully can assist you in the process of manifesting your dreams. And again, as I always say, this is my perception and what has helped me. If you like what you read and it resonates with you, use it.

So, here we go:

Become aware of your self-talk

I find that the first step to more confidence is becoming aware of how you talk to yourself. Is your self-talk positive or negative? Do you easily judge yourself and others in your mind? Are you critical of yourself? If so, try to reverse the process. Focus on the opposite. See if you can talk to yourself more positively. For example: if you normally judge yourself, see if you can find something positive about yourself. It could be something you’ve done well today. If you judge others, see if you can find something you like or find attractive about these people (a nice hair style, the way they speak/present themselves). Be inspired by them rather than envious or threatened by them. How you speak to yourself matters. Become aware of your self-talk and make it more positive.

Speak up more

Speaking up can really help you gain more confidence. I used to be afraid of speaking up, but over the last few years I’ve been learning how to step out of my comfort zone and use my voice. This often felt, and sometimes still feels uncomfortable and daunting, but ever since I started speaking up more, my confidence increased. If you feel called, give it go.

Believe in yourself

One more thing I’d like to talk about is believing in yourself. Again, this used to be one of my weak points. But, one day I asked myself: ‘Who is going to believe in you, if you don’t believe in yourself?’ The answer was pretty simple: ‘No one.’ Ever since then, I set upon on a path of learning to believe in myself, not just by repeating the plain words, but really living it and fully embracing it. I’ve convinced myself that I’m more than good enough, I can succeed in anything I set my mind to, if it’s important to me and I put a certain amount of time and effort into it. I intended that I’m a powerful creator of my experiences and I can create a wonderful life for myself, and as a result of that, others can benefit from my successes too.

So, I hope these suggestions have inspired you and can help you become more confident and also have more confidence in your dreams.

I will leave you today with this powerful quote:

‘Self-confidence is the first requisite to great undertakings.’ – Samuel Johnson

You are worthy of your desires

Today’s post is a simple reminder that you are worthy of what you desire. You are worthy of your dreams, no matter how big or small they may be. You are worthy of anything your heart and soul longs for. You are worthy of your dreams and I want you to claim this fully.

But of course, what we desire doesn’t always come easily. Some big dreams require more time, effort and dedication to come to fruition. However, in some cases, even bigger things can manifest effortlessly sometimes.

I’m a huge believer in the law of attraction, the law of assumption, and I’d personally manifested so many wonderful things in my life. Some of these things didn’t require too much time and effort at all. But this happens when we are fully aligned with the energies of the Universe, which I’ve talked about in the previous blog posts. If you go back to them, I hope you’ll find them useful.

The bottom line is this:

‘When we want to manifest something, we need to put in some work and effort towards it. We need to take action and work towards our dreams.’

I find that taking action every single day, towards something we want to see in our lives is a huge benefit. And it doesn’t have to be anything big, but it’s important to take action. And yes, sometimes there will be challenges, there will be obstacles and there will be conflicting voices in our minds…Regardless of any of these, keep going, keep taking action. Believe in yourself and that you are worthy of your desire.

Sometimes you may come across people who will tell you that your dream is not possible. Keep going anyway. Your dreams may seem impossible to them, but this doesn’t mean it is not possible for you. Hold the vision of your dream and trust the process you are going through. Keep reminding yourself that you are worthy of your desire and it can absolutely come true.

Surround yourself by positive people and make your environment a positive environment, an environment that will remind you of where you are heading. Create a vision board, stick cards with positive affirmations on your mirror and your refrigerator. Listen to positive and inspiring messages, music and read a lot.

Keep believing in yourself, in your dreams and in your ability to create the life that you desire, because you are absolutely worthy of it.

It’s only a perception

We all have a different perception of the world. The perception of the world I have, may be something completely different from yours, even though we may be standing next to each other looking at the same thing. We all perceive this reality differently.

Let’s look at this example:

Visualise the colour blue. You know what blue colour looks like. I know what blue colour looks like. But, you may have a completely different perception of what blue means to you than what blue means to me. Even though we will both agree the colour we are talking about is blue.

And the same applies to people and how we perceive each other. The way other people perceive us and the conclusions they’ve come to about us, has nothing to do with us, but it’s merely their perception of us.

The perception topic recently came to my mind, when I thought about how easily people come to certain conclusions about each other, get triggered by each other, often without really getting to know someone. Of course, we are not going to resonate with everyone or get on with everyone, and to be honest, we shouldn’t even try. But, what’s interesting is how easily, we as humans, come to certain conclusions about others and it’s all based on our perception of them.

I have quite a few examples from my own life when people got triggered by me or simply misunderstood me, just because of the perception they had of me or the conclusions they came to about me, even without really getting to know me. We often see this on social media, where people put themselves in the public eye. Based on the way they present themselves, we come to certain conclusions about them, which may differ from who they truly are. It’s actually quite interesting once you become an observer of this phenomenon.

When it comes to perception, and especially when we find ourselves putting people into certain boxes or categories, it might be a good idea to perhaps ask ourselves: ‘What is it in me that is making me to judge? What is it in me that is making me point my finger at this person? What is it in me that may be causing this misunderstanding or misconception?’ And the answer to these questions could be, that our perception of them is a reflection of our own shadow, some disowned part of ourselves, that is being reflected back to us, like a reflection in the mirror. This perception may be showing us something we need to look at or to work on within ourselves.

But again, this is my perception and you have your own perception of this too.

I will leave you today with this wonderful quote by Aldous Huxley:

‘There are things known and there are things unknown, and in between are the doors of perception.’

– Aldous Huxley

You are magnetic

You are magnetic. Yes, you are, my friend. You are attracting towards yourself whatever you believe about yourself and your 3D reality is reflecting it back to you, just like a reflection in the mirror. You are powerful and you are the creator of your reality. And this knowledge should be turned to your advantage.

Today, I’d like to talk briefly, about strengthening your faith while consciously creating your reality. And as always, if this post resonates with you, perfect. Carry on reading, use what speaks to you and leave the rest out.

So, here we go:

When you want to manifest something specific in your life, I believe, it’s important to persist, not to give up on what you desire, even though you may not be able to see it in your 3D reality just yet. By persisting you are also strengthening your faith.

I find that the most common challenge people encounter, while manifesting, is getting discouraged too early when changes are not happening in their lives straight away. Their physical reality is currently not showing any evidence of what they desire.

And here is a reason why:

The 3D reality is a collection of your past choices, mixed with the frequency you are also holding in the present moment. What is most dominant in that field of energy is reflected in your physical reality. So, if you want to create some desirable outcomes for yourself, you need to shift your perception by focusing on what you want and keep holding a space for it (persisting), even though your 3D may not be showing your desirable outcome yet. It took you a while to collect all your past beliefs, some of them quite limiting and unhelpful, so it is only understandable that it may take time to adjust your frequency to something new/better, you want to also experience in your 3D world. Does it make sense?

To manifest what you want, you need to have faith and persist, by holding the space for and a frequency of what you desire.

The way I manifest personally, is seeing myself as a magnet. A magnet that is pulling towards me all that I desire. I focus on what I want to create. I believe that it is possible for me to create it.  And I persist until I manifest it. Does it always work? Of course not. I’m also a human with emotions that influence my reality and create all sorts of outcomes for myself, some not so favourable. But, when that happens, I’m fully aware how powerful my energy is and I know I can do better. I get up and try again and again, and I persist until I manifest what I desire or something even better.

Mastering your mind and becoming a conscious creator of your reality can be a life-long process of being in the flow and out of it. But what I find, is that the people who keep going, believing in themselves and persisting are the ones that eventually create the lives their hearts truly desire. And as a bonus, it’s so much fun to be consciously co-creating with the Universe, instead of feeling that things are just happening to you.

Bring more clarity, peace & positive vibes into your life

Today, I’d like to share with you a few of my favourite ways that can help bring clarity, peace and positive vibes to life. These are only suggestions and may not work for everyone, and I’m certainly not saying they will work for you. But, if you feel inspired and any of the following speak to you, try them out.

My hope and my intention with these posts is to inspire you, motivate you and ‘entertain’ you, while I share with you what I love, what resonates with me, and what I think could also help others. Then, it is up to everyone to decide what they want to do with it.

So, here are my 15 favourite ways to bring more clarity, peace and positive vibes to life. They are only small things, nothing too big, such as setting life goals… But I often find, it is the small things that can make a big/positive difference in our lives:

  1. Space clearing, tidying up (There is definitely some truth in the saying: ‘Clear space equals clear mind.’ )
  2. Re-arranging, re-organising  (furniture, book shelves, bathroom shelves, wardrobes, whatever you like)
  3. Selling or donating what you don’t need
  4. Journaling (expressing how you feel on the pages of your diary or on a piece of paper can be quite therapeutic)
  5. Burning Incense, Sage, Palo Santo (for me, this always brings a clean, grounding feeling)
  6. Putting stickers with positive affirmations, goals, dreams around your space, on your mirror etc.
  7. Turning off social media notifications on the phone (this made a huge difference for me personally)
  8. Deleting old screenshots and photos that take space on your phone, computer (more clarity)
  9. Responding to emails and messages you’ve been postponing (checking things off the list- makes you feel lighter)
  10. Reading something inspiring every single day (a couple of pages of a book, an inspiring article)
  11. Listening to an uplifting music
  12. Getting creative in the kitchen
  13. Moving your body (exercise, a Zoom class)
  14. Taking a walk to nature (nature connection works like magic)
  15. Meditation, Visualisation, ‘Zoning-out’ for a few minutes every day

I hope these suggestions have inspired you. Feel free to share some of your personal favourites in the comment section below 🙂

Have a wonderful day!

Staying motivated & inspired

These lockdowns we’ve been experiencing, for nearly a year now, have been hard. To talk from my own experience, I, like so many people, have been going through some ups and downs, highs and lows, which come and go almost daily. Things have changed a lot, for all of us, and life is not what it used to be.

But I’d like to keep the inspiration going, because it helps people, myself included, so today, I’d like to talk about what keeps me grounded and brings moments of light and happiness into my life- no matter how fleeting.

What that is, is focusing on what I enjoy!

And I know, this is not always easy, especially when you feel down or when you worry a lot. I must admit, it sometimes takes me a while too these days to even start doing something, even if it’s something I’d normally enjoy doing. I have days when I don’t want to do anything, but lie on the sofa and watch Netflix. But, when I eventually run out of excuses, ‘get tired’ of feeling demotivated and start doing something I enjoy, it’s incredible how inspired I feel to do even more.

Being creative never fails me. It truly lifts me up, even if it’s only for a short while. From playing a keyboard, putting some vocal loops together to working on my next article, getting creative in the kitchen or taking a Zoom ballet class… all of this and more makes a huge difference to the way I feel. When I do the activities I enjoy, I feel better, even in the midst of this global uncertainty we are currently facing.

So, my question for you is this: What helps you to stay motivated and inspired these days?’ Let me know in the comments below this post.

I’m keeping it nice and short today, but before I go, I’d like you to know that you are not alone. We are all going through this unusual time together and the feelings that come with it can be hard to process and deal with. Be gentle with yourself and give yourself some credit. You are doing the best you can, like every single one of us.
