Manifesting dreams (the creative process)

As promised last week, today, we are going to delve in the creative process of manifesting. I’ve already mentioned before, I fully believe we are the creators of our reality. And our reality is formed, most importantly, by the beliefs we hold in our minds. When we fully accept something as a belief, we begin to see the evidence of it in our 3D. Life is not happening to us, life is responding to us based on what we think, feel and believe about ourselves and the world around us.

But before we go any further, let me say this:

What I’m about to share with you is what has worked for me in the process of manifesting. If it resonates with you, perfect. Use it. If it doesn’t, but you’d like to learn more about this topic, find a teacher you resonate with it. The reason I’m saying this, is because there are so many people who teach about the Law of Attraction and Manifesting these days, and they all explain the topic in their own way, which can differ from mine. And the truth is, not all of us will resonate with one’s personal perspective and presentation of any topic. Everyone filters their version of any teaching through their consciousness, based on their understanding and their experience. You may resonate with someone’s presentation more and less with others, even when they may be talking about the same thing. Go with what speaks to you the most.

So now that’s out of the way, let’s carry on.

When you want to create something, you may see it as something in the future and not something that is already here and you can easily tap into. And there is nothing wrong with that. We have all been trained to perceive life, in general, from this three-dimensional perspective, where time plays a huge role and where we think of past, present and future.

But, how about looking at our existence from a wider perspective. How about other timelines and some other-dimensional versions of ourselves? I know this can be a hard concept to grasp, so more on that another time. But for now, I’d like you to imagine a version of yourself that already has what you desire. Can you do that? If so, perfect!

Now, the good news is, when you think about what you want, you’ve subconsciously already tapped into the version of yourself that has what you desire, just by imagining it. This also means that on some level, it already exists. All you need to do now is bring it from your imagination, into this timeline, to this physical reality.

What you need to do next, is raise your vibration high enough to be able to match the frequency of the imagined version of yourself, so the experience of that version can also materialise in your physical reality. How do you raise your vibration? By fully believing that what you want is POSSIBLE FOR YOU. But this is normally the hardest thing for people to do.

Therefore, I believe, the number one thing in the process of manifesting is to increase your self-worth.

Increase your self-worth

You need to believe that you are worthy of what you desire. You need to believe that you are more than good enough to receive what you desire. You need to increase your self-worth to fully believe that you can absolutely receive what you desire. When I started on this journey, I used self-hypnosis, guided meditations and positive affirmations on a daily basis. They not only helped me to increase my self-worth, but also helped me gain more confidence, increase my self-love and self-belief. I’ve done and still doing all this work on myself, because I know I deserve the best. And you deserve the best too.

Visualise what you want to see in your life

Visualisation is a wonderful tool to use when manifesting. Before you begin, have a clear image of the version of yourself that already has what you desire. Once you have it, make yourself comfortable, close your eyes for a few moments and see this image. See this image right in front of you, as clearly as possible. In your mind’s eye, take a step forward and step into this image. Feel what it would feel like being this version of yourself. Experience it by applying all your senses to this vision and feel the feelings of already feeling what it’s going to feel like when it’s all here. Stay with this vision for a few minutes every day. It can help you bring what your desire into your life.

Stay focused, stay persistent

When you are reprogramming your mind and drifting away from the old ways of thinking, there may be challenges along the way. You may find that some days you will be manifesting things easily, other times there may be bumps on the road. One day you may be very focused and you will fully believe that your desire is on the way to you, other times you may think none of this works. Stay focused and persistent with your visualisations, positive affirmations and daily reminders that your desire is on the way to you. Reaffirm what you want, so you can create a favourable outcome for you. Become a conscious creator of your reality.

Dwell in the energy of certainty and trust

Trust and know that you are worthy of what you desire. This is not deluding yourself, but believing you are worthy of it. Trusting and knowing is increasing the confidence in yourself and the universe to create what you truly want, because you are worthy of your desires. Focus on the end result by ignoring your 3D reality (even though nothing may be changing or shifting yet) and dwell in the energy of certainty and trust. Please remember things may already be re-arranging behind the scenes and it may take a while before they become visible in your physical reality. Dwell in the energy of certainty and trust.

BONUS

As a bonus I’d like to share with you one of my guided meditations that is specifically designed for manifesting. The meditation is just over 5 minutes long. Sit back, relax and start creating the life you desire.

Let go of old stories & get what you want

Today, I’d like to talk about one of my favourite topics: Creating our own reality. I strongly believe that our reality is a projection of our subconscious mind. When we believe something, and accept it fully, we begin to see the evidence of it around us. And yes, you may say straight back to me: Okay, Jana, so do you believe you create your own reality by your beliefs?’ Yes, I do, my friend! I fully believe that I am the creator of my reality, my own experiences, the story I keep writing. But I also believe, that on some level, we create our experiences, here on Earth, collectively (but more about that another time).

When we want to become a conscious creators of our reality, first, we need to discipline our minds. We need to start re-programming our minds from the old ways of thinking. For example, we need to shift from the fear and lack mentality, and start focusing on what we truly want. I understand that this upgrade may not be easy to do. It may take a lot of practice and dedication. But, if we want to see change, we need to decide that we are done with our present story (if we don’t like it), and start creating what we want to see consciously. We need to become dedicated, focused and start believing that we are truly worthy of what we want.

The way I started on this journey was by convincing myself that I am worthy of all the wonderful things I desire. And I’m still on that journey. Some things are easier to consciously create than others, and I still catch myself de-touring into stories of lack and fear sometimes, especially when I feel down. But when I do, I know, if I want to create something better for myself, I need to lift myself up to a new state of consciousness.

Shifting from our current state consciousness to our desired state of consciousness may not be easy. We need to be persistent and keep re-affirming what we truly want and stop replaying the old stories, which only keep us stuck in the same reality. It’s not a surprise how difficult it can be for so many people to start bringing change to their life. Many of us are carrying with us the same thoughts from yesterday to today, believing the same old stories and re-playing them in our minds like an old record. To bring in a positive change, we need to become aware of this and start creating consciously.

If you are ready to start creating the life you desire, try the following exercise:

For the next few days, start becoming more aware of the thoughts you are thinking and the feelings you have as a result of these thoughts. Don’t judge yourself, see if you can notice some repetitious patterns. You are doing this exercise to become aware how powerful your thoughts truly are and how they shape your reality. Once you become more aware of your thoughts and how they make you feel, see if you can replace these thoughts with more positive or at least neutral thoughts. That’s how we start bringing in positive change.

Look out for my post next Tuesday, where I delve into the creative process for manifesting what you want. I will share with you how to stay focused on the end result by staying persistent and dedicated to your desire.I will talk about how you can dwell in the energy of certainty and trust that what you want it’s on the way to you.

Looking forward to the future

I feel optimistic. I feel excited about the future and I believe great things are coming. But let me say right at the beginning, this is the way I FEEL. This is my truth and I like to share it on my blog and my social media pages. And my truth can differ from yours, because we are all unique and perceive the world differently. At the same time, I’m not naive. I understand that it may not be easy for everyone, in any shape or form, to look at the world from a more positive perspective right now, given the circumstances and the current state of the world we live in. I go through these phases too (more than you might think), but right now, I’m feeling hopeful and optimistic.

So, here is my truth:

You see, when some breakthrough is about to happen, things often get chaotic, uneasy and may get even worse. But I also feel that when this is occurring, some major shift is about to happen. What is going on in the world right now may seem like some television show full of twists, obstacles and struggles. Let’s not deny that. The times are tough for all of us.

But at the same time,

I feel that the matrix, we’ve been part of for so long, is dissolving as we speak, and some big truths are slowly revealing themselves. More and more people are waking up and no longer believe everything being presented to them as truth or a fact. The matrix full of mis-leaders, mis-guides, charlatans, cheaters and dark forces, of so many kinds, is no longer fooling everybody, and the world and its people are awakening. The good from the bad is getting recognised more easily (and yes, there is so much good in this world as well), because people are realising the truth is being recognised by the way it feels. They are being led by their intuition, rather than by their rational minds only. The dark spell is breaking and losing its strength.

We live in an incredible time right now and I believe, as souls, we’ve chosen to be here at this time and space to be part of this shift, and a major turning point in the existence of humanity. I bet that all the citizens of this entire Universe are patiently watching these events on the Earth right now and wondering what the revelation will be, how it’s all going to work out in the end….we will all see.

In the meantime….

Keep shining your light, people of the Earth. Keep shining your light as bright as you can. We are in this together, so let’s do this for each other, and we are going to get through all of this together. Remember that no darkness can be dissolved by more darkness, only light can dissolve the darkness. Let’s continue to speak our truth. Let’s continue to rise above the obstacles we face as individuals and as a collective. Let’s continue our great work, because we are no longer going to be living in ‘the world of sleepers’. This is what I believe. But if you don’t, now you know why: Because we all have a different perception of this world and what this entire existence means to every single one of us.

‘The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it.’
~ John 1:5

Five powerful daily reminders

How are you all doing? I hope you are keeping well. I know that we are experiencing so many big changes in the entire world right now and a great deal of uncertainty. Times are not easy, but here I am with another post, which I hope can lift you up.

I’ve been going through my own crisis, but there is something I find very helpful right now: Reminding myself of some important things, daily, that keep me grounded and to look ahead with hope.

I’d like to share some of them with you today:

1) I count my blessings

Every day I remind myself how grateful I am for my life, my health, my family, my friends and the list goes on. This does not only make me appreciate everything I have, but it also helps me feel calmer, especially when there is so much going on in the world. I count my blessings every single day.

2) I pause several times a day and breathe deeply

Our minds are always racing, jumping from one thought to another. Let’s be honest, we live in a very fast-moving world. What helps me, especially in these critical times, is to pause several times a day and just breathe. Really taking some time out from what I’m doing just do nothing else but breathe. I close my eyes and take a few, nice, long, deep breaths. Then I ask myself: ‘Where am I?’ The answer to that question is very simple: ‘I am right here in this present moment and this is where my power lies.’

3) I remind myself why I do what I do

Every day I remind myself why I do what I do. And this goes from inspiring others here on social media, to writing books or teaching a class. I do what I do to make a difference in people’s lives. If I could shine a little light or bring hope to just one person every single day, I feel I’ve done something right. Making a difference in someone’s life doesn’t have to be big, it only has to happen.

4) I am worthy of my dreams

This is huge and so important. We are all worthy of the dreams we have. Don’t let anyone tell you otherwise. You are allowed to dream as big as you like and bring these dreams to life. You are 100% worthy of them. I remind myself that I am worthy of my dreams every single day.

5) What has happened served its purpose

Do you worry about the past and your past mistakes? Do you still sometimes think about the people who let you down in the past? We all do. A great tool I implemented into my daily life (in times when such thoughts come) is to remind myself that all these situations have served their purpose. They are only lessons on my life’s journey.

I hope these few daily reminders have inspired you. Feel free to add some more to your own list or you can also share some with us in the comments below.

New Year ~ New chapter ~ New beginnings

Now that 2020 is over, I think we are all ready for a fresh, new start. We don’t know exactly what 2021 is going to bring, but why not get excited about it, just because it’s here!

I don’t know about you, but I always feel there is something quite wonderful about the start of each year. I always have this great feeling of unlimited possibilities and unexpected adventures, something new and refreshing floating in the air’.

Some people start every year with new goals and resolutions. If you are making new year’s resolutions and setting goals, whether they are life-goals, career-goals, wellness-goals, business-goals and so on, I wish you all the success with those. Remember to believe in yourself and that you can absolutely bring them into your life. I’m a big believer, that when you BELIEVE IN YOURSELF, anything is possible.

I’ve started the year slow and steady, I actually fell asleep even before the midnight on 31st December, but I’m saving my energy because I have so many exciting things lined up in the upcoming months. So looking forward to sharing more details with you when the time is right.

I’m keeping it nice and short today. I hope you’ll have a wonderful 2021, the best year ever, so far, where your dreams and everything you desire comes true.

With love and best wishes,

Are you considering starting a blog in 2021?

I love blogging. I love sharing inspiration, new ideas, what I’m up to and my outlook on life with you. My blog has become almost like my weekly diary where I document things from different phases of my life. It’s actually very interesting to read back, especially the posts from the few years back, and see what I’ve been through and how I perceived life. And I’m glad you are enjoying reading these posts.

I blog to inspire you. It’s a great and a satisfying feeling when people find your posts helpful and inspiring. Making a difference in people’s lives is definitely the number one priority why I do this. But, there are also many other wonderful benefits about blogging, which can enrich one’s life in so many ways.

Why am I talking about this? To inspire you again. I know quite a few people in my community would love to start a blog. So if you are one of them and are considering starting a blog in 2021, here are some benefits, beside inspiring others, you could expect from a regular blogging:

You improve your writing skills

Ever since I started blogging, on a regular basis, my writing skills have improved. I feel very comfortable expressing myself in a written form and sharing my ideas. Regular blogging can definitely improve your writing skills and it all starts with the first rough draft.

You connect with so many people around the world

You not only connect with people who are looking for inspiration and like what you write about, but you also connect with so many like-minded people (fellow writers, bloggers, authors, coaches). And you can learn so much from each other and also make new friends. I love my writing/blogging and reading community. They are the reason why I do what I do and I appreciate them very much.

You become more disciplined

I’ve always had so much self-discipline when it comes to my work, but blogging weekly for a number of years now, has improved it even more. My subscribers know that they will get an email from me every Tuesday and I keep that promise. The only time I take time off is over Christmas and also in the summer. Except for those two occasions, I write weekly.

And it’s so much FUN!

After all, blogging is so much fun. No, you don’t always feel motivated and the inspiration is not always there. But, here is the magic part: when inspiration does arrive, it’s amazing what you can do with just one simple idea. You can play with the words, edit, tweak and create something absolutely incredible. Blogging is one of the best things I’ve ever decided to start.

The bottom line is, if you are considering starting a blog in 2021, I suggest you go for it. This idea came to you for a reason and you have the opportunity to test it out. If you don’t, how will you know that you won’t like it or it’s too hard? Try it. You have nothing to lose.

Law of Attraction & Manifesting

Last week, I had a video chat with my dear friend Paul about the Law of Attraction and manifesting. Paul and I have been friends for over a decade. We did our pilot training together, and while at the flying school, we’ve also discovered that beside our love for flying and aeroplanes, we have many other things in common. We like exploring the laws of this universe, the supernatural and we also love meditation. Ever since then, we have become great friends.

Amongst all of the above, we are both very interested in the Law of Attraction and manifesting. If you don’t know what Law of Attraction and manifesting is, simply put, is the ability to attract into our lives whatever we give our energy and our focus on. Our thoughts, but most importantly the emotions we put underneath these thoughts, are very powerful and create our reality.

What we focus on, always expands and this is what Paul and I, have talked about during our conversation last week.

I consider Paul quite a good ‘manifester’, and over the years, I’ve witnessed so many amazing manifestations he brought into his life by using the Law of Attraction.

Check out the video below and find out how powerful you truly are and how you can turn it to your advantage. I hope it will inspire you 🙂

What went well for you this year?

Here we are in December. This year has flown by so quickly. I know it hasn’t been the one you had in mind, especially when you go back to the beginning when you set your New Year’s resolutions. But, I’d like to lift the energy up a bit and ask you this question:

Can you think of at least few things that went well for you this year?

I’m asking this question, because I’d like to re-focus your attention from what is going wrong to what has gone and going right in your life. It doesn’t matter how big or small it might be. And I’m not ignoring the magnitude of the current situation in any shape or form, absolutely not. Even though I love the idea of looking at the world through the lens of magic and positivity, as much as possible, I don’t ignore the reality either. But, I set upon a path of bringing hope, positivity, inspiration and happiness to the world, through the work I do, so here I am with another little piece to lift you up.

You might have heard me say before: What you focus on, always expands. So look what we are all focusing on right now? Yes, we are living in crazy times, however, you still have so much power within you to choose what you are going to give most of your energy and attention to.

I’d like to encourage you to notice the good, the inspiring, the empowering, the beautiful around you. Can you find at least few little things that went well and are going well in your life? If so, please write them down and express your gratitude for them. I’ve done this exercise just the other day and I was surprised how many wonderful things I was able to find. It not only lifted me up, but I was able to find even more blessings as the day progressed.

If you feel called, I’d like to encourage you to do the same 🙂

With love and best wishes,

Jana x

Do you trust yourself?

For a long time I didn’t trust myself and questioned most of the things I was doing. I was often looking for reassurance, approval and acceptance from others. All of this ‘not-trusting’ myself came from an early age. My childhood was colourful and beautiful, but at the same time, it was filled with constant worry about what others thought of me, how they perceived me and whether I was ‘good enough’. I’m not going to talk about these experiences today, because I’ve shared some of them with you before. However, what I’m going to briefly talk about is how I learnt to trust myself, my decisions and believe in the work I do, with the hope that it will inspire you.

I’d like to say at the beginning, that for me personally, this wasn’t an easy process. I’m still working my way through some blocks and un-learning some old, unhelpful beliefs.

But a huge breakthrough happened for me, in my twenties, during my pilot training. This phase of my life allowed me to learn to trust myself more. I became more confident in decision-making, relying on my own judgements, taking action without second-guessing myself, and all of this brought so much self-belief into my life. I realised that if something was important to me, I can absolutely make it happen.

So, let me share with you a few more things that helped me to trust myself even more. I hope they will inspire you.

I stopped second-guessing myself:

I stopped constantly double-checking with others, if something I’ve done or thought of was okay, good enough, acceptable enough. This was exhausting. I created a new belief that, if I liked what I’ve done, it was absolutely good enough and what others think of it is only their perception, filtered through their consciousness. And this has nothing to do with getting a second opinion or taking advice from someone. There is time and space for that too. It is simply owning your decisions, believing in yourself, in your work and standing fully in your power regardless of other people’s opinions.

I stopped questioning my creativity:

Every project that has ever been created could’ve been better. But if we were always trying to make something ‘even better’ and never complete it, nothing would ever get done and seen the light of the world. I’ve decided to stop questioning my creativity. When I felt something was ready, it was. And this particularly applies to when you are about to release something publicly. Will everyone like it? No. Could you have made it even better? Of course you could. But there also comes a time when you have to draw a line. If you feel it’s ready, it is. When I look at some of my past creations I can see so much room for improvement, there is no doubt about that. But the younger version of myself who created them felt they were done, and done the best way I could possibly create them at the time. If we wait for perfection, nothing will ever get done. Learning to stop questioning my creativity and simply acting on it has been life-transforming.

I stopped seeking people’s approval:

Having expectations of other people, for example, whether they are going to approve of something I’ve done, was painful. Of course it hurts when you put so much time and effort into something and people simply dismiss it or criticise it. However, what hurts even more is constantly seeking someone’s approval. It makes you feel edgy, ensure of yourself, and yes, less trusting of yourself. I had to lose that. I had to learn to fully own what I do, and have no expectations whether someone will approve of it or not. All I had to do is act on my inspiration, trust the process of my own journey, trust my decisions and stop questioning myself.

I hope these examples have inspired you.
