Embrace Your Uniqueness {Recording}

Dear all,

Today, I’d like to share with you a brand new recording where I talk about embracing our uniqueness, our authenticity. Every single one of us is unique in our own way. There is nobody like you and there is never going to be anybody like you. This is how unique and amazing you truly are.

I hope you’ll enjoy it.

With love and best wishes,

A letter to the people that have hurt me

Many things happen throughout our lives. Good, bad, exciting or challenging. People come to our lives, then they leave. Sometimes, even without any explanation. I have experienced it many times in my own life. Many people hurt me, turned their backs to me, often when I needed them most. I could write pages and pages about my past hurts, disappointments and sadness. Well, we all could. But here, at Mystic Butterfly, we focus on how to make our journey here on the Earth happy and fulfilling one. We focus on how to see the light in the dark moments of life, instead of focusing on what is not currently working. This also applies to the past hurts and disappointments. It is important to understand, that some people come to our lives for a lifetime, others have shorter roles to play. But every single one of them can be our teacher, if we choose to see them that way.

I believe writing a letter to the people that have hurt us in the past can be a very liberating experience. This letter is not for them, but it is only for yourself. Perhaps, to get a closure you never had, to express the feelings you never had the chance to express. To say the things you were too afraid to say out loud. In this blog I am sharing a personal letter addressed to the people that have hurt me. I have decided to share it publicly to inspire you. I am not suggesting you should share your letter publicly too. The letter is for you and your own healing journey. Make your letter as specific and personal as possible in your own unique way. The letter I am sharing doesn’t contain anything too specific or negative, but it focuses on the lessons, and the good things which came out of my disappointments. Let my letter be a suggestion how to start liberating yourself from the past wounds and the history, which is not here anymore. They are only holding you back from living the life that you desire. Only remember the lessons and the happy memories. Release the ex-boyriends/girlfriends, ex-friends, former employers or any random strangers who treated you wrongly or unfairly.  I believe everything in life is a choice. Let’s make a decision right now to step out of the victim zone and take a full responsibility for our lives and our choices. Worrying and replaying hurtful old memories in your mind will only keep you stuck in past forever. You deserve an inner peace and to release the difficult past for good. Here is my letter…

Dear ex-boyfriends, former friends and everyone that have hurt me,

“Thank you for all the lessons I had a chance to learn from you. I understand, that the reason we have been part of each other’s journey, is because at the time our energies matched. We were on the same ‘wave length’. After a while gaining more life experiences, we stopped ‘vibrating’ on the same frequency and we had to go our separate ways. Unfortunately, the ending of our journey together didn’t end ideally. I know our friendships and relationships (romantic, work etc.) have served their purpose, and now it’s time to move on to something else, something new. It’s time to let go and start exploring our lives in a different way.

I want you to know, that I take full responsibility for everything that is happening in my life, and I don’t blame you for the things that I might have in the past. Thank you for the lessons, thank you for the experiences, even though some of them have been very painful. I believe I had to go through them, but you had to go through them too. Let’s make a decision today, to ‘cut the cords’, which have been holding us back. Let’s release the tension, the blocks and the history between us, and fully focus on the beautiful future that awaits us. Life is too short to be unhappy and to hold on to the old resentments and unpleasant memories. What is the point even thinking about them anyway? They only make us feel sad once again, so why invest our precious time there. It’s a waste of our beautiful time here on Earth. We can invest this time to something exciting, more meaningful and beautiful.

If you have recognised yourself in this letter, please know that I have forgiven you or I am in the process of doing so. When I look at us both from a higher perspective, and see us as a beautiful universal beings of light, I completely understand why we had to go through this. You and I had to go through these lessons to understand something important, something which may be revealed to us later in life. These lessons are needed for our personal and spiritual growth. I know they have caused some hurt and disappointments to us both, but that time is gone now. We are always learning and always growing and there is no point looking back anymore.

So, have a beautiful life dear soul. Gain as much great experiences as you possibly can, remember that we all came here from the same source, which is pure love and light. Therefore I will say to you, that I love you and I wish you only the best on your own unique journey!”

With love,

Jana x

A thought to keep

“Nobody comes to our life as a mistake. Everything is happening for our highest good, and there is a universal message in every relationship we encounter. Learn the lessons and enjoy this beautiful journey called life.”
