2013 is your year-make things happen

Happy and Beautiful New Year to you dear ‘Highflyers’. Writing you a bit later than I intended, but New Year’s rush and responsibilities came this year very early for me( I would say already by 2nd January) and I have been at full speed ever since. However, that’s not what I am going to be talking to you about today.

Today ,I want to give you a few tips how to make 2013 the best year of your life, and to finally create the life you always wanted to have. All you have to do, is listen to your intuition, follow your heart, and get of that couch and do the work. So, let’s get started and make things happen!

MORNING MEDITATION-

I often talk about how important it is to meditate, and connect with the divine infinite power of our beautiful Universe, and how connecting with your higher self clears all the channels of blocked energy inside of you. This makes you feel energized, refreshed and ready to deal with anything. Meditation is so important, and I believe from my own experience that the morning is the best time of the day to do it.

When you wake up in the morning, sit in stillness for 5 to 10 minutes, and than say in your own words a gratitude prayer to the Universe, the Angels, all the Spirit Guides and Masters, and thank them for another chance and another day in this world. Realize, there might be many people who didn’t wake up that morning, and realize how privileged you are that you did. Connect every morning with this divine power, and you will notice a beautiful shift in your life.

LIVE FULLY IN THE PRESENT-

As human beings, we have the luxury of the thought, and our minds are constantly working whether we believe it or not. Research shows that we have around 60,000 thoughts a day, and most of these thoughts are repeated all over again. I know from my own experience, lots of these thoughts can be worries about the future, and regrets about the past. Why are we doing this to ourselves? Why aren’t we just fully concentrating on the present moment all the time? I like to use as an example, animals. They don’t worry, about what tomorrow is going to bring, they don’t have regrets about yesterday, thinking they should have done something differently. They are fully present right here, right now, and enjoying the life to the full. So let’s learn from them, and stop that chatter in our minds, and stop worrying and regretting. It has been written in many personal development books, that worrying is such a waste of time, it never helps anything, and all it does, it keeps you busy doing nothing. Regrets about past? The past cannot be changed, and there is nothing that can be done about it, so why waste the energy, which can be used to create something wonderful today towards your future.

LOOK AFTER YOURSELF-

So now, I will ask you few questions. How do you treat your body? Do you eat healthfully? Do you exercise? What’s your life- work balance?

I do have to admit, I also sometimes fall off the right track, and find myself off balance, tired and without energy. That’s life! But now, I know when to stop rushing, and look in the mirror and say to myself- Stop Jana, this isn’t right! How can you be an example for anybody, teaching people how to change the quality of their lives, if you are doing the opposite? Now, let’s take a deep breath, and clean up your life, so you can feel healthy, beautiful and full of vitality again, and then you can show others how to do the same. I always listen to my body and my intuition, and they always tell me when something is not right, and needs to be changed or healed. Don’t get upset with yourself that you haven’t been sticking to the healthy lifestyle all the time. Don’t be hard on yourself. When you break the rules, start again from tomorrow, and if you break the rules again- begin again. It’s your life and actually, you make these rules anyway. But please, make sure you do look after yourself. There are unlimited resources about dieting, exercising, yoga (my favourite) and lots of other great tips how to get your life back on track. If I can do it- You can do it too!

DO THE WORK-

First of all I am sure many of you made loads of New Year’s resolutions, and secondly I am also sure, many have already been broken. Why? Lack of motivation. Ask yourself this simple, but important question. What do I really want? If you are constantly talking about, what you would like to do with your life, but never do anything about it, you might never achieve it. You have to take full responsibility for all that is happening in your life, and start the work. No one is going to do it for you, but if you really want to change or do something, you will. When people find their life’s purpose they cannot wait to get out of their bed, and start a new day. So again, get motivated, and do what you love and be exited about it. And if you are at the moment, in a job you don’t like, find at least one thing you like about that job, and this will get you going. Remember, you are never going to attract a better job or situation to your life, if you are miserable and not motivated. Be grateful for what you have, and keep your eyes open so you can create something even better. And of course- Take action and Do the work!

So there you have it. Few tips which will hopefully help you to make 2013 a great year. I wish you good luck and sending lots of positive energy to accomplish anything that you desire.
