How to create a vision board

Last week, on my podcast, I talked about manifesting. I shared with you some powerful techniques that can assist you in making your dreams come true. Today, I would like to build on this topic, and give you another tool, which can help you start calling your dreams into existence. I believe, creating a vision board is a wonderful way that can help you do so. Vision board is a place, where you can place images of your goals, dreams and ideas. When you look at your board every day and feel good about your desires, you start sending out positive vibrations, which can assist you in manifesting your dreams. I created my first vision board around 8 years ago and many of the desires I placed on it came true. It has certainly been a great assistance to me in a manifestation process. Beside all, creating a vision board can be so much fun too. So, if you are interested in making your own vision board today, listed bellow are some tips that can help you out.

What will you need:

A board (which you can get at any stationary shop), push pins, scissors, pictures and inspiring words from magazines, papers, leaflets which illustrate what you desire.

Next step:

Cut the inspiring pictures from your chosen papers and magazines and place them on your board. You can even write things down on a piece of paper, and place them on your vision board too. Make it look presentable (the way you like it), so you will get excited about it every time you see it.

There are no rules, if it inspires you, put it on your board

My own vision board is filled with pictures of brands I would like to work with and people that inspire me. There are also positive affirmations there, which represent my goals. Simple words such as: Be empowered, Be inspired, It’s possible, I can do it, are part of my board too. Every time I look at my vision board, I am inspired and I feel positive about the things I want to create in my life.

Look at your board several times a day and feel good about your dreams

Place your vision board somewhere you can see it every day (above your desk, in your bedroom…). Pause several times a day, and visualise these dreams coming into reality and don’t forget to feel good about them. Let go of the outcome of how and when they will manifest. Trust and know that what is meant for you will always find its way to you. These dreams came to you for a reason, and you can absolutely make them come true. Believe in yourself and believe in your dreams.

Create a Pinterest board

Pinterest is a social media site, where you can pin your favourite photos, quotations and everything that inspires you. I have been on Pinterest for a few years now and it has inspired me greatly. I created a several boards there, which are filled with things I love. You can also create a secret boards on Pinterest, which are for your eyes only, and you don’t have to share publicly with anybody. Add photos of your desires to your secret board, and let it assist you in your manifestation process.
