Universal signs

A couple of weeks I was on a trip in Montreal. One morning, while there, I visited one of the local coffee shops for breakfast. Something was going on in my life in that particular week and it was keeping my mind pre-occupied, and to be honest, a bit worried. As soon as I walked in, I’ve noticed the energy of the place vibrating on a very high frequency. What do I mean by that? The people working there were singing, smiling, laughing and being generally in a fantastic mood. The music playing in the background reflected the good vibes of the place. It was such a joy to watch these young people worked together as a team. Their beautiful energy was definitely drawing people in.

Almost immediately, I started feeling better and more at peace. When someone smiles at you and asks you, in a very genuine way, how you are, especially in the moments when your mind is elsewhere and worried, you feel that there is love, care and support around you. And that day, I felt exactly that. Watching this energetic group of people working so beautifully and effortlessly together, enjoying their job and making everyone around happy, shifted my perspective on things.

I suddenly felt that everything is going to be okay. I wasn’t as overwhelmed as earlier that morning and I started looking at the situation I was going through differently. I trusted, that I was intuitively lead to visit this particular coffee shop to feel better. For me, it was just another sign from the Universe, the angels and my spiritual guides, that all is well and there is nothing to worry about. The more peace set into my subconscious, the more I was able to notice other signs that grounded to the moment I was in and enabled me to leave my worries aside.

I believe that there is so much guidance around us and this guidance often comes through people, situations, random blessings and also many other seen and unseen forces. It’s just up to us whether we are open to these signs or not. I fully understand that when we have so much going on, it is almost impossible to quiet our minds and truly align to the moment we are in. But it is in the moments of worry, fear or chaos that we need it most. Then, we will open to door to the unlimited help and guidance that is available to us all without question.

Are you constantly waiting to be happy? Stop! (this isn’t a blog about how to happy)

First of all, I would like to say thank you for all your kind comments and a great response to my last blog. I really appreciate every single one of you.

So….Happiness. Everyone is searching for it, but are we ever going to find it? My philosophy, however strange it may sound, is to stop that search and just be. Focus on what inspires you, focus on what brings the most joy to your soul and the moments of happiness will fly into your life naturally. Happy moments always come and go. Happiness is a temporary state, not an ongoing thing.

We need to embrace the seasons of life we go through. We need to appreciate when our life blooms and the skies are blue, but we need to be patient while the dark clouds are being blown away, so the sun can start shining again. And here is the truth: If we were always happy, we wouldn’t appreciate the good and happy moments of life the same way as we do when they come back to us again and again. So, how about that? Can you relate to this way of looking at happiness?

So, as I already mentioned, do what brings you joy and what inspires you. It will lead you to happy moments. Focus on what you desire and take daily action towards it. Enjoy the little things in life, the things you often take for granted. Be grateful. Gratitude turns what you have into enough. Celebrate your achievements, no matter how small they may be. Tell yourself that you love and appreciate yourself. Do good in the world and smile at people even without reason, it will not only shift their energy or make their day, but yours too.  And most importantly, be who you are, embrace your uniqueness and your individuality. There has never been anybody like you and there is never going to be.

And lastly, remember that:

“Happiness comes in waves. It’ll  find you again.”

The constant search for happiness

We all want to feel happy and fulfilled in all areas of our lives. We all search for happiness every single day. Sometimes the search looks like an endless challenge. Another time, we find happiness in a temporary situation. But are we genuinely happy? In this blog, you will find out, that happiness is not something you can find ‘out there’, but it is actually something you already possess within you. And you can access this inner state just by changing your perspective. The purpose of your life, is to be happy and to fully enjoy the experience of being a human. The purpose of your life, is to have fun on this adventure called life, not struggle through it. So let’s have a look at some ideas here.

Happiness blooms from within

I believe our outside world is a reflection of our inner state. The way you think, and the way you feel has a lot to do with your happiness. Your thoughts are very powerful. We often don’t realise, we are creating our outer experiences by our thoughts. We have approximately 60,000 thoughts a day. According to research, 98% of the thoughts we think today, are the same thoughts we thought yesterday. We’ve got used to thinking certain way, and therefore our thoughts are repetitious, even without realising. So what kind of thoughts are you thinking? Don’t judge yourself, just notice. One of the keys to a happier life, is to feed your mind with positive thoughts. Remember, that you are the only thinker in your mind. Nobody is choosing your thoughts  for you, only you. Become mindful of your self-talk and be selective. Positive thoughts create positive feelings. From a quantum physics perspective, feelings have a lot to do with what we attract into our lives. The feeling you put underneath each thought has a frequency. This frequency attracts an experience into your life. And this leads me to the next segment, A few simple ways to change your thoughts instantly’….

A few simple ways to change your thoughts instantly

When I find myself in a negative thinking pattern, I try to talk myself out of it. I must admit, It’s not always easy,  but it works. First, I acknowledge the negative self-talk I’m having, then, forgive myself. After I forgive myself, I start listing things I’m grateful for. For example: my wonderful family, my health, the roof over my head, the food on my table etc. This shifts my energy from the low vibrations to some higher frequencies. Then, I repeat some positive affirmations. Affirmations, are an amazing way to start feeling better fast. If you would like to learn more about positive affirmations, visit my blog https://www.mysticbutterfly.co.uk/power-positive-affirmations/ I believe it will serve you well.

What you focus on expands

Lately, there has been so much going on in my life. Many exciting opportunities are coming my way, inspiration is flowing, and a new projects are lining up. But there are also difficulties. Many significant changes are happening, which sometimes scare me, but I know they are clearing my path, so the fresh, new things can come my way. This made me realise, what I focus on always expands. When I focus on the exciting things in my life, rather than the areas which aren’t currently working, I feel happier. When I look at the challenges then, they are not so overwhelming and frightening anymore. Try it yourself and see how you feel. Focus on the good and it will always expand.
