Truth Seeker

Where is the truth?….no one seems to know,

seeking it every day in this ‘mad’ world,

never been easy…

you get confused.

Seeking for truth, is always an inner work.

‘Relish in stillness’, that’s what you need to know.

Truth seekers always come like that home,

and realise the wisdom within them all.

If you are searching for beauty and peace,

you must be willing to follow your bliss.

Find the truth that way, and you will be free.

Harmony, surrender will set you free.

Don’t listen outsiders, poisoned, scared minds,

detach from these ‘entities’ and you’ll see what you find.

Truth seeker, brave soul, I shine on you light,

go forward, be You and the answers will come.

~Jana Prackova

…and the darkness shall fade away

…and the darkness shall fade away

Silence is what we require.

Stillness is what we desire.

Connecting to our deepest truth,

will set us on the path of healing this Earth.

You are so powerful,

you hold the wisdom.

When you’ll go inward,

you’ll find the freedom.

Setting upon the path to seek beauty and peace,

your true self will come forward and the darkness

shall slowly fade away and finally cease.

It will melt away like an ice,

when the sun shines its first warm spring rays on it,

and you will feel serene, warmer at heart

and recognise the truth this Earth has been longing for centuries.

Everything will make more sense then,

you will see clearly and hear the real sound of the Earth.

Beauty that will surround you,

will be visible to all your senses,

you’ll feel fulfilled, full of light…no more pain, no more hurt.

You hauntingly recognise this sense of lightness,

it has been whispered to you through your soul from the beginning of your existence.

No more dismissing of this truthful voice now,

no more power given away to your controlled mind.

Turning inward is liberating you from any painful lies,

and you are beginning to see the darkness slowly fading away,

and finding the true freedom in this beautiful gift, which is your human life.

Dealing with situations you can’t control

This week’s blog has been inspired by something I’m currently dealing with. Somebody is negotiating something on my behalf, which I have no control over whatsoever. Even tough this is extremely important to me, I know, there is not much I can do. But when I look at it from a spiritual perspective, there are things I actually can do to keep calm, feel at ease, and ready to receive the best possible outcome for me and everyone involved. Most of us believe we have to control every detail of our life. When something doesn’t go the way we expect, we get frustrated, upset and may feel out of control. The truth is, we can’t really control anything. Listed bellow are a few tips, which I find very helpful when letting go of a controlling attitude.

Get still

Allow your mind to rest. Take a few deep breaths and tune inward to the wisdom that lies within you. That’s where your true power lies and that’s how you can shift your perception. This is especially helpful, when you are trying to control any kind of outcomes. Trust and know that all is good, you are safe and truly, there is nothing to worry about. The Universe is taking care of everything. Of course, sometimes, actions are required, but don’t let those actions turn into obsessions, control or chaotic energy. If you do, remind yourself to get still and breathe.

Let go of future tripping

When we are trying to control something, we often create crazy scenarios in our minds. This way, we unnecessarily detour into places we don’t want to go. My suggestion? Focus on the present moment as much as you can. When you are cooking dinner, fully engage your senses to cooking. When you are talking to a friend, don’t let you mind wander. When you are doing any kind activity, be all there. This is the best way to let go of future tripping and stay where your true power lies, in the present moment.

 Feel good

Feeling good about the outcome, no matter what, will immediately put your mind at ease. Here is a tip, how to feel good fast: a quick exercise. Even 10 minutes of exercise in your living room, will get your endorphins up and high, and you will start feeling better. Another of my tips would be reading or listening to something inspiring. I often do this in the morning. It always sets my day right and on a positive frequency. Do whatever makes you feel good. When you feel good, you know that anything is possible.

Ask for a sign

I love this tip. Ask for a sign. My special sign is a butterfly. Every time I see a butterfly, it’s a reminder that I will be okay. I don’t deliberately search for butterflies, they just appear wherever I go, and I see them when I suppose to see them. Whether I see it in an advert on a TV, somebody having a butterfly print on their T-shirt, or they appear physically. Ask for a sign that has some meaning for you, or whatever comes to you first intuitively. This way, you will put your mind at ease, and will know that whatever the outcome will be, you will be okay, and it will work out for the highest good of everyone involved.

Pray and release

When you find yourself trying to control something, recognise your chaotic energy, and be willing to change your mind. Sit in stillness and pray. Prayer is a powerful practice. Doreen Virtue says: “Worry doesn’t help anything, but prayer helps everything.” You can simply say: “Dear Universe (God, Holy Spirit, Higher Power), I surrender this situation to you and I pray for the outcome of the highest good. Thank you.”

Have no expectations

It is a well known fact, that expectations can lead to disappointments. Expecting something is also a form of control. Be relaxed about the outcome and go with the flow. Trust and know that it will all work out exactly as it should.

And finally…

Use this powerful affirmation: “Today, I refuse to stress myself out about things I cannot control or change. I am choosing to focus my energy on the present moment, because that is where my true power lies, and it is the only place where the real life exists.”

Artists, creatives & all of you multi-passionate people

Are you an artist or a creative? Have you got many interests, talents and things in your life that excite you? I’m glad you have stopped by, because this blog is just for you. I, myself am a multi-passionate kind of girl. Having lots of interests always inspired me. I hardly get bored or uninspired, but there is also a price to pay for this. I must admit my passions used to overwhelm me and occasionally still do. That happens in the moments when I’m not sure what I should be focusing on. Shall I write music, record a new song, focus more on flying, do some literary work, get myself to a ballet studio or give a full attention to my coaching and teaching? As you can see being multi-passionate is not always easy, but after all it’s exciting and very rewarding.

People used to tell me and sometimes still do, I should just pick one thing and let that be my passion turned into a career. For me, it’s almost impossible. I used to be very hard on myself when it came to my passions and talents. When I looked at others I could see something very clearly. Some of them were just writers and that’s what they were doing, others just singers, actors, teachers or pilots and they were fully focused on that. Comparing myself to them put so much pressure on me. “Why do I have to deal with an overload of interests? It would be so much easier just to choose one thing which excites me the most and give it my full attention? But which one?” The more I thought about it, the more uneasy I felt.

Clarity

Then, I came to this realisation: “I came here to the Earth, to be Jana, nobody else. I am excited about all these things, and if I choose to be good at all of them, I can be. I can focus on one thing at the time in a given moment, but I can be a multi-passionate artist and still do a good job. This doesn’t mean I need to do all of those things as my career. They can purely be my hobbies and let’s what happens later.” This realisation brought so much clarity into my life and put my busy mind at ease.

My inspiration of a multi-passionate person

One of my greatest inspirations of a multi-passionate person is Maya Angelou. This incredible lady was an American poet, memoirist and a civil rights activist. She wrote screen plays, directed films, she was a singer and have been involved in many successful television series and radio talk shows. She was also a lecturer and has done many other inspiring things that made a huge contribution to the world. She did all of those amazing things with so much passion and enthusiasm. She will always be a huge inspiration of mine.

Embrace your passions

So, if you are a multi-passionate person, relax and take a deep breath. Don’t be hard on yourself, instead, dwell in joy! Be grateful for being who you are. All of those amazing gifts you have came to you for a reason. You are an amazing artist. Shine your unique light and show it to the world. It doesn’t matter whether you share your gifts on a smaller scale or with a wider world. Live in your truth by embracing your talents. This always inspires others. Don’t leave your passions hidden in the dark. Bring them out of the closet and share them with others. Let your soul sing its own unique song, which can only be sang by you.

A quote to live by

“My mission in life is not merely to survive, but to thrive; and to do so with some passion, some compassion, some humour, and some style,” ~ Maya Angelou

Are you tired of worrying all the time?

I must admit I am a natural worrier. I worry a lot, but in the last few years I learnt many great techniques, which always help me to re-direct my energy from worrying to believing that all is well. One of my favourite spiritual teachers, Doreen Virtue says: “Worry doesn’t help anything, it only keeps us busy doing nothing.”  That’s so true. But we all worry, even the ones who say they don’t. The good news is, we can all learn how to stop over-worrying and live more at ease. I am very excited to share with you some powerful techniques in this blog.

Worried what other people think of you?

This used to be one of my big problems. This worry sometimes still creeps into my reality and haunts me at night. If you have such a worry, remember this: People have so much of their own worries and they don’t constantly think about you. It is only your mind creation which believes, that some strangers are thinking about you and analysing your actions or what you’ve said or done.

Worried about your past mistakes?

We all have chapters in our lives we wouldn’t read out loud. In the past you have dealt with everything you experienced the best way you knew at the time. Stop being so hard on yourself. If you lied or hurt someone, said things you are not proud of, acted irresponsibly, don’t beat yourself up for it anymore. Forgive yourself and learn form your mistakes. You are always learning and always growing. You had to experience those things to help you become the person you are today.

There is nothing to worry about

Truly, there is nothing to worry about. Worry is just a thought and as any other thought, it can be replaced or it can be given more energy. Do yourself a favour and focus your energy to what brings you joy instead of worrying what could go wrong.

Worried about something right now?

Write things down:

This exercise always served me well. If you are worried about something right now, write it down immediately. Let it flow on a page of your notebook or a diary. You will feel lighter and have a fresher perspective of the situation.

Breathe deeply:

Take a step back from the situation you worry about and close your eyes. Take a slow, deep, cleansing breath and breathe out. Breathe in through your nose and breathe out through your mouth. When you breathe in, visualise, you are absorbing the positive energy this Universe has to offer. When you breathe out, visualise, you are letting go of anything that you currently worry about. Repeat this cycle for as long is comfortable for you.

Hand your worries to the care of a higher source:

We all have a belief or a faith of our own understanding. What do you believe in? Do you believe in Angels or Spirit Guides? Do you believe in God or any other higher power? When I worry, I hand over any of my worries to the care of my angels and spirit guides. They are always happy to help me and assist me with anything. You are always being helped, being guided and protected at all times. There is so much help available to us all. Hand your worries to the care of a higher source and trust and know, that they will be transformed to the positive energy.

It feels incredible to inspire

In my early to almost late twenties I suffered from a severe anxiety. I am not going to talk a lot about it, because you will be able to read it in my book (if you wish too). But what I will say is this: Although they have been a very dark days of my life, what they taught me was incredible. The experience not only helped me to clean up my relationships and helped me realise what really matters in life, but it also gave a chance to meet some fantastic people. It taught me a lot about myself, my life and most importantly, it helped me to find my life’s purpose. My purpose is: To proudly live in my truth, do what I love and by living this way inspire others to the same. It brings so much happiness to my soul to see others fulfilment when they felt lost, others happiness when they felt sad, their success when they thought they were a failure, their wonderful creations when they said they are not creative at all. I feel for them, because I’ve been there. The beautiful part is this: If I can I contribute to someone’s realisation of their own worth truth and beauty, my job is done.

A few weeks ago I’ve received a lovely message from a young woman, we will call her Jenny. Jenny, like many of us sometimes feels lost and scared in her life. She said in her email how much she appreciates my weekly newsletters, articles and inspiring posts. The reason I’m mentioning it, is because this example really reminded me of myself in my twenties, when I felt lost, confused and scared. During those times I was often waiting for emails, inspiring videos or just a random messages from all the wonderful people that were shining their light on my life. I am so grateful for all of them. Those people came to me in many shapes and forms: either personally or through the internet. I finally began to believe, that beside my loving family, they are some kind people around, who are always willing to help and assist when you need them most. So does this speak to you? Do you like inspiring others? I am very happy to share with you a few ways you can inspire someone today.

Do what you love

Have you been in a job you don’t like for a way too long now? Have you been spending time with people who don’t bring out the best in you? These examples often drain us of energy and leave us unhappy and unfulfilled. Ask yourself: What can you do today to make my life better? Is there a course you would be very excited to take, a new job venture or make new friends? I know it’s scary and I know it’s not always easy, but wait…This is your life and only you decide what you want to do with it. Do more things that excite you and make you happy. When you do what you love, you inspire others to do the same.

Share your light with the world

One of my favourite spiritual teachers Gabby Bernstein says to share our light with the world. I completely agree. When you are bringing your light with you wherever you go, you light other people’s paths. Here is an example: If you are in a bad mood at work and someone who is feeling great walks in, they will instantly shift the vibration of the place and that often lifts other people up too. It is almost impossible to stay feeling low, when you are around positive people. As we all live on a social media these days, you can also share your light with other through an inspirational posts. Post a positive tweet, rather than complaining about something. Take a beautiful photo that will inspire someone today.

It’s a choice

I believe everything we do in life is a choice. Do you want to feel joyful or do you want to stay unhappy? The choice is yours. I choose to live my life the best way I can and this way inspire others to do the same. Your life is your message to the world. Make sure it’s inspiring.

Love & Compassion

A couple of weeks ago I was busy shopping in town. As I walked through the square, I saw a lady approaching a homeless man who was sitting at the corner of the local shopping centre. She said hi to him, and gave him a sandwich, cup of tea, bottle of water and a snack. I thought: What a beautiful gesture! It made me smile and very compassionate towards the homeless man, but also very loving towards the lady who performed this random act of kindness. It really touched my heart in an incredible way.

I often find, that many of us are so busy all the time. We don’t really pause and look what is going on around us. We became very drawn into our own little realities. Sometimes, when I visit big shopping centres or supermarkets, I notice people rushing around, looking stressed out, even angry with others being in their way. We sometimes think the world only revolves around us. I must admit, I get stressed out too, and others may perceive me this way from time to time. Well…who isn’t? We are busy, we are tired, we might have had enough. That’s understandable. But feeling this way more than we should, can be very exhausting. When I find myself there, I know it’s time to make a new choice. Its time to go home…to my true self. I know my true nature is being loving and compassionate, and it is my responsibility to express that in the world.

Practising Love & Compassion

There are many wonderful ways you can become more loving and compassionate towards others today. Here are few suggestions:

Smile- When you give someone a genuine smile, they will often smile back. It can even be the most beautiful thing they’ve seen that day. Smile more.

Listen-  Do you find yourself talking more than you should? I am guilty of this myself. Pick up a phone and call your friend. Visit an elderly family member you haven’t seen for a while. Ask them how they are, and really pay attention what they have to say. Listen carefully what is going on in their life. Stephen Convey said: Most people do not listen with the intent to understand; they listen with the intend to reply.” Don’t become one of those people. Learn to be a good listener. People really appreciate it.

Relate- If somebody makes you angry or upset, it can be almost impossible not getting upset. Very rarely, but occasionally, I get some unnecessary comments on my social media feeds, which upset me. In those moments, I remind myself, that everyone is on a different stage of this journey called life, and this is the way they choose to express themselves in the world. This is not their excuse, this is the compassion I have towards them. I forgive them and I move on. Love and compassion always serves me well.

Offer help- If you see someone struggling, offer them help. Don’t just pass them by or ignore them. Some people really struggle, and maybe your random act of kindness can make a big impact in their life, and create a wonderful shift they’ve been longing for.

A thought to keep!

Being loving and compassionate is your true nature. When you choose otherwise, take a deep breath, forgive yourself, and remind yourself who you really are: loving soul that came here to share love, light and teach others how to do the same

“May your mind learn to love with compassion.”

Dream~Believe~Make it happen

Walt Disney said: “If you can dream it, you can do it.” I love this quotation. I, myself am a dreamer. I’ve always been. When I have a dream and it’s important to me, I find a way to make it happen. Sometimes, when I take steps towards my dream, the dream actually turns out even better than I expected. Another time, it leads me to something different, even more exciting. All of you are more than capable of achieving anything that you desire. The main obstacles that most of us face are: procrastination, fear and going back to the old ways (such as: Why bother? Life wasn’t too bad before). Your dreams are important! There is great reason why they came to you. I am excited to share with you some tools that served me well over the years and I believe they can inspire you.

Break the process

We often get very hard on ourselves when we want to accomplish something. We have a dream, we get excited about it and then the hard work begins. We often start comparing ourselves to other people and sometimes have an unrealistic expectations. We get overwhelmed when it gets difficult and may ask ourselves: What’s the point doing it anyway? Remember that everyone’s journey is unique and special to them. For example: It does not matter, if somebody learnt to fly within a few months and you are learning to fly for the past 2 years and still haven’t earned your licence. Don’t think there is something wrong with you. Absolutely not! Everyone’s learning process is different. It’s not about how quickly you are going to get there. Here is my suggestion: When you are about to set off on a journey towards your dream, break this process to a smaller steps and make a plan. Write down what you can do daily, weekly, monthly even yearly towards that dream. Now, you can see right in front of you how you are going to proceed. Note, that you can always adjust this plan. Be disciplined, but at the same time respect yourself and be patient with yourself. You can do this.

When obstacles arise

And they will. They always do. The good news is, you are going to learn a lot from them. Begin looking at obstacles as opportunities for your personal and spiritual growth. Don’t get discouraged, instead take a deep breath and rise above them. Work hard and keep reminding yourself: “Of course I can do it!”  The obstacles are just tiny detours that are often necessary to get you where you want to be. They can enrich you in many ways.

Fears, doubts and worries

We all get them. They are part of our daily life. How to deal with them? Accept them and don’t fight them. This approach has always served me well. I believe what we resist always persists. When you accept your fears, doubts and worries as part of you, you are not fighting part of yourself anymore. They are part of your life for a reason right now and they are meant to teach you something along the way. When you accept them, they won’t be as scary anymore. Take a deep breath and learn to co-operate with them. One day they will fade away naturally even without you realising.

YES, you can!

YES, you can do whatever you put your mind into. Have a dream and visualise what it would feel like once it’s manifested. Then, believe it is possible for you. Next, take a daily action towards achieving it. And lastly, don’t cling on to the outcome, questioning how or when is going to happen. It will happen, when it’s meant to happen. There is not too soon or too late. If t’s important to you, you will make it happen. And keep in mind, when you are set on a positive frequency during this process, you will find that any necessary resources, the right people and opportunities will come your way. Trust and know that you can do anything that you desire. Because you can!

You have an Angel by your side

You have an angel by your side, and not only one. We have all heard of them, whether through a religion or in spiritual circles. All of us have an unlimited help and a support from the angelic realm at any given moment. These beautiful, celestial beings are always available to help us at any time we ask them. Every soul upon incarnating to the Earth comes here with a guardian angel. A guardian angel is assigned to us before we are physically born into this reality. Guardian angels and any other angels cannot interfere with our free will (our choices), but they will help us and assist us on our life’s journey whenever we ask.

I have been working with the angles and also spirit guides for some time now and  have so many beautiful and mysterious examples of their assistance. I know they are always around me, helping me and protecting me. And they are here for you too. One of the reason most of us cannot sense, hear or even see the angels, is because they are operating on a different frequency from ours. The other reason may be our separation from the truth of who we are. Our worries or fears also get in the way and prevent us from connecting with the angels. We, as humans are more drawn to the physical side of life, not the spiritual. Most of us hardly pay attention to our intuition and to our feelings, because we haven’t been taught so. We label our intuitive message as a coincidences, which in fact are no coincidences at all. On this frequency can be almost impossible to hear our angels. We need to learn how to cleanse and purify our energetic fields and connect to the truth of our souls.

One of the best and the easiest way to cleanse our energetic fields, balance our energy centres (chakras) and connect to the spiritual side of life is to get to nature and breathe deeply. This will allow us to get in touch with our spiritual side, so we can open up to the intuitive messages of our soul and the communication with our angels becomes easier. But not only that. This article is a brief introduction to the angelic realm and how working with them can benefit us. I am going to share with you some simple tips how to begin communicating with the angels.

Where to begin

Find a comfortable place where you are not going to be disturbed. Take a few deep breaths. Inhale through your nose and exhale and through your mouth (repeat it for as long as its comfortable for you). Once you are centred and calm is time to acknowledge the presence of your angels (even if you can’t see them). Simply say hi to them (either silently or aloud) and let them know that you are aware of them, and you are grateful for their help. Say thank you for all the love and support they are giving you. Doing this exercise regularly will help you open the channels to the spiritual side of life and the connection with your angels.

How to ask for help

You can ask for help from the angels at any time. They are always happy to assist you. All you have to do is ask. Hand over any worries or concerns to the angelic realm and trust and know that they will assist you. Ask the angels to clear your mind from any negative energies that are preventing you from hearing them. Ask them to purify your energetic field/your aura. Always breathe slowly and deeply when communicating with the angels. Your breath is a great connector with the spiritual side of life.

How Angels show their presence

Angels mostly communicate with us by sending us signs. I often get signs from my angels by seeing feathers on the ground or noticing sparkles of lights at the corners of my eyes. Angels also create ‘the so called’ coincidences around me, which like stated above are not coincidences at all. If you need help with something, ask your angels for a sign. You can ask for a specific sign or you may just notice something (out of the blue) and you will know it is definitely a sign from your angels that you are on the right path.

If in doubt, ask your Angels

That’s right! When I’m unsure about something, I feel lost, confused or not sure what to do next, I ask my angels for help. But not only then. Working with angels became my daily routine. It comes naturally to me now. I surrender any of my worries, fears to the angelic realm and I know they will always assist me and all will work out for my highest good. Sometimes the answer or the solution comes straight away. Often an action is required, but I trust and know that the angels will help me. So from now, hand over any concerns to the these beautiful, celestial beings. They are always happy and ready to assist you. I often request help from my angels before going to sleep. I also ask them to give me any messages I need to know in my dreams. It can also be helpful to begin a Dream Diary, where you can write any of your profound dreams you just feel are worth paying attention to. Do not take all of your dreams for granted.

Protecting your energetic field and your home

This is a ritual I like to do in the morning and in the evening and you can try it too. Ask the angels to protect your energetic field (your aura) with their beautiful, protective, healing light. You do this by visualising a healing light surrounding your entire being. Trust and know that nothing negative or disturbing can penetrate through this light. You can also ask the angels to surround your loved ones by this protective light. Angels can also protect your home, your vehicle or anything you will ask about. Before I go to sleep I always ask for a protection for my family, my home and for everyone who needs it. I envision angels behind every door and every window guarding me and my loved ones.

Angel cards

Angel cards are a wonderful tool to get the guidance form your angels. I own several decks of angel cards. They served me well over the years. The one I would highly recommend to beginners is a Angels of Light Cards by Diana CooperYou can purchase angel cards at any book shop, new age shops or on the internet.

Life is better with the Angels

Please remember, that you can ask your angels for help at any time. Don’t feel you are disturbing them. They are beings without an ego and won’t get angry or impatient with you. Not at all. Quite the opposite actually. They want you to ask for help. When you begin working with the angels, you will never look back. Life is definitely so much better, knowing you have an angel by your side, and not only one.

11 ways to help raise our collective consciousness

Most of us believe we are separate from each other. We believe there is something out there’ and ‘in here’. We are mistaken. Every single one of us is a powerful cosmic being from the same source having a temporary human experience and capable of amazing things. We are all connected. I look at us all as the Citizens of the Universe. Unfortunately, in this reality, we believe in separation. We are so drawn to the material side of life, instead of the spiritual and the mysterious. To most of us, spirituality and anything mystical is just a tale, something unreal. But is it? I know my mission here on Earth is to teach the truth of our existence. I believe it is my responsibility to share this truth with others, and this way contribute to the awakening of this humanity. This is one of the reasons why I created Mystic Butterfly.

This doesn’t mean: “Let’s become all spiritual.” Not at all. Far from it. What it means, is to awaken that part of our being, which allows us to look at our existence from a higher perspective. To enjoy our journey here on Earth fully, having the understanding of who we really are. Even if we are open to this kind of conversation, we can get easily drawn into our daily problems, tasks and often forget about our true identity. Being a human is not easy. I completely understand that. I also get moments when I’m not aligned with the truth of who I really am. In those moments, my energy gets low, I sometimes feel demotivated and quite upset watching where this world is currently heading. On the contrary, when I’m aligned with my truth, my experience is completely different. At these times, I believe that anything is possible. I rise above anything unpleasant. I know I’m more than capable to make a contribution to make this world a better place. I believe it is a divine responsibility of all of us. By remembering our oneness, we can make a wonderful shift this Earth has been longing for a while now.

You are the one who can make the change

You are a powerful universal being and only you can change the direction where this world is currently heading. Every single one of you can help raise our collective consciousness. You have that much power within you. And it all starts with your daily actions, the thoughts you are choosing and the feelings you are sending out to the Universe. All of them have powerful vibrations that affect the entire cosmos and the collective consciousness of us all.

The power lies within you

Jealousy, envy, hate, comparison, selfishness…these are some of the worst, unpleasant emotions we can feel. We all respond to them. You can easily notice this phenomenon when you meet someone who is set on this frequency. We naturally avoid people like this, because they drain us of energy. What they don’t realise, (and this applies to all of us) how much their bad vibes affect our collective consciousness. You are a universal artist. You are creating at this very moment by what you are currently feeling. When you are filled with love, gratitude, appreciation, happiness and peace, you are sending out beautiful vibrations out to the Universe. These vibrations have an incredible healing effect on all of us whether you believe it or not. So what can you do as an individual to make this world a better place? What can you do as an individual to help raise our collective consciousness? Here are 11 ways my soul shared with me.

11 ways to help raise our collective consciousness:

1. Take responsibility for your life, your choices and your energy

2. Be kind to others

3. Do more of what makes you happy

4. Help others without expecting anything back

5. Love unconditionally

6. Honour our Sacred Earth and all the species on it

7. Practice PEACE

8. Be truthful to yourself and others

9. Focus on the good in this world

10. Be proud of who you are and who you are becoming

11. Be compassionate and respectful towards others. Everyone is on a different stage on this journey called life.
